STORYLINE:
A second van carrying several body bags left the grounds of a school in Serbia's capital where a teenage boy opened fire Wednesday, killing eight children and a school guard.
Six more children and a teacher were injured and hospitalized.
Police said the shooter, who was arrested at the scene, drew sketches of classrooms and wrote a list of people he intended to target,
A father of a student at the school in central Belgrade said the shooter entered his daughter’s classroom, firing at her teacher and then her classmates as they ducked under their desks.
Most students were able to flee through a back door, according to a local official.
A senior police official said the shooter, identified as Kosta Kecmanovic, called police himself when the attack was over.
Earlier, police said Kecmanovic was a student at the Vladislav Ribnikar school and was born in 2009. They said he used his father’s gun.
Mass shootings are extremely rare in Serbia and in the wider Balkan region; none were reported at schools in recent years. In the last mass shooting, a Balkan war veteran in 2013 killed 13 people in a central Serbian village.

No that is not true. Whatever country you are from, you have 10% of the truth. Forget Arab and Asian youtubers. The videos they use are fake. This kid was not bullied. He was teased for being a nerd in his previous class, not by these kids. He is a psychopath, psychologists in Serbia agree on that. His mother did not mention any bullying.

Na Zapadu radnje ne rade nedeljom, što ne uvedoše to. Na Zapadu ne postoji rijaliti nalik Zadruzi, najdemonskiji rijaliti je stvoren u Srbiji. Na Zapadu se ne prikazuje nasilje na tv pre 22h. Na Zapadu nema uličnih pasa koje truje kako ko stigne. Eto par vrednosti koje valja preuzeti, za početak. To je u prirodi Balkana da prvo uzme najgore.
A to što je ovo dete psihički bolesno i došlo do pištolja i nema veze sa Zapadom. To se desilo u Srbiji i to je stvarnost.
