- I shot a video of a 1969 Camaro SS that is Twin Turbo Charged......Supercharged....and a 200 shot of nitrous...just for good measure...There are people that love the car...there are people that hate the car...there are people that say it won't work....well it was built as a show car....but it all does work...Bradley explains just how in this video...Very interesting system...check it out!!...make sure you follow me so that you don't miss any of the other cool stuff I find!!
For more cool stuff visit www.scottiedtv....
Video note...The name of the show was the All Chevy Super Nationals...not the Super Chevy Show...sorry for the confusion
I was thinking about this engine setup and I'm so glad someone made it, because I would've blown so much money trying to be the first.
Now it makes perfect sense! I am glad you was able to catch up with Bradley and glad he took the time to explain how it works, he certainly didn't have to explain anything to anyone.. Just look at the car.... Freaking gorgeous :)
Now yt algorithm is fd up haha I'm just now being recommend this 10 yo video 😂
@@tterbogaming9749 Yep I'm done with YT.. I had a channel with 15K subs and one video with 4 Mill + views and hundreds of thousands of other views on other vids.. I deleted it all... So sick of how garbage this platform became ever since Google got their hands on it...
This video is 10 years old and I’ve yet to see anyone else do it, it’s so badass regardless of it being underpowered because of the super charger.
Thanks for checking it out!!
I'm glad he explained it. At first by looking at it I was like....wait. it's dumping pressurized air into an open plenum. But now it makes sense. Awesome build!!!!
I don't know...but you can bet it took more than one person to keep it all straight...glad you liked it Brother!
They’ve made huge breakthrough in the twin charging world, they’ve figured out how to make it all work together and still have a powerband that stretches the entire way
Right on...It is much more common now....
And who ARE these "haters" anyway??? What difference does it make to you what this gentleman does with HIS own money? Why don't you haters go find something constructive to do on your own.
lol..I agree!!
Jesus, did NASA polish those butterfly mirrors? :P

It's always the ones that think they know that don't. Bradley and his car have it goin' on. Thank you, Scottie, for putting the haters in between a rock and a hard place.
Twin Turbo's Supercharger and NOS and it all works, gotta love it.
People thought he was full of it until street outlaws started on tv and went to using turbos.. I would really like to see him start racing with those guys. No telling what he could come up with! I know one thing is for sure he has plenty of that green paper!! lol sharp sharp ride!!
That's not His thing....WOW!! is Bradley's thing!!
absolute piece of mechanic art! beautiful!
Thank you Brother....I appreciate the comment!!
You built a truly super unique car and well let the haters hate...hahaha, I certainly don't Hate ! Master build and also like your grey 65 Chevy pickup build very similar. Nice !
Right on...Thanks for the comment!!
Passion doesn't have a price, simply amazing.
Dear lord ( sorry if anyone is offended), this thing again?! It is SUCH an amazing car, I would just about DIE if I say this thing in person! Never seen an engine that big in a Camaro before!
love seeing this the second time around - this car is AWESOME!!! Thanks Scottie :)
Scotty....... Be sure to let this man know that I'm more then willing to make custom fiberglass parts, designs and molds for this type insane-ness...... In other words, Scoop, Brackets, Panels etc.... I'm willing to make or design for this type insanity......GFF will travel!

ScottieDTV, That's So Badass That He Own Both of His 1969 SS Camaro And His 1965 S10 Chevy.
Right on!
Justin Duncan I knew it works it's just hard for me to see why this guys puts so much time and talent into making a car that he just looks at
Is it like THIS IS A BEAST IM PROUD TO HOW BUILT IT. or is it the reactions he gets or is it just cause he loves to look at cars.
we will never know cause that brain of his is filled and how his brain works is just insane and it would just be too hard for him to explain to us tiny minded people ha ha.
I STILL WANT TO SEE HOW MUCH POWER IS MAKES.
and his drag rail can we get video of that running.
The guy's enjoying his car. He likes to show and talk about it. Win to me. Win for you too Scottie. 3.36m views!!!!!!
that car is just as badass as the first time! man thanks for the run though kickass!
Haters are going to hate Brother!
Did he get a certified plumber to do all that nitrous lines? what a great show car...... one of a kind. thanks Scotty.......!
I agree....never get tired of seeing it!
That's right...I have no problem with that either....it makes it all look cooler
whotf could possibly hate on this car?!?? the ford guys!??! great follow up vid! i could watch vids on this car all day :)
I finally get it. The stack on the top is isolated from the silver box under it. Air goes in through the stack out the back through the silver piping, into the turbo, out of the turbo, into the silver box under the red stack and into the superchargers. The part that's baffled the internet for so long is the execution. The stack is what got me as its not set up like the typical carb car.
The top intake and piping actually cools the air before entering the turbos. It does look confusing first watch. Once you do some thinking all this madness makes perfect sense.
Cool...glad you enjoyed it!
No problem...glad your enjoying them!!
The intake does work , it just pipes the air from the catch into the tubes coming out of the rear , it directs the air into the turbos which then force the air into the pressurized chamber mounted to the carbs which feed the blower, so it isn't fake , it is just a separated intake system mounted in the same fashion as it would normally be only the base is blocked off , he tells this on the video
The man is shall we say smart as a whip. Mad scientist but one hell of a builder
For sure!
I just realized how long ago this video was the car looks so incredible even by todays standards
It will always be cool....It's art! Thanks for checking it out here!
I have seen this car and taken a photo of it. It's a beauty.
I was hoping that video 2would come. Thank you, good art on wheels
Cool...glad you liked it!
its an achievement for the guy. he dreamed it,designed it,built it. Got it done! Good for him! He probably has a car just to drive too anyway
Very nice Car & a lovely hobby. And ScottieDTV thank you very nice video's
Another great video. I am just in awe..
Renat Tatarin Thank you...Glad you enjoyed it!!
How could anyone hate that?... it is a work of art...beautifully put together.
There should be some in that area on Friday and Saturday...cruise in type of events....I know there is one in kingston...but ask around....check the local parts stores....
lol...I thought this video would stop most of that...didn't even slow them down...they don't want to know that it works....what fun is that...lol....I have almost 900 videos...I recommend them all...lol...glad your enjoying them!
That's pretty sweet and everyone has their preferences and opinions
There is a ton of shows in Pigeon Forge...I hit those local shows when I have time...Clinton Hwy is where I started shooting videos for this channel..
Cool..glad you found this interesting....
I agree...works for everyone..including the haters....gives them something to hate...cause Haters going to do what they do..lol...
good follow up video for sure, i was wondering how it was set up. bad ass man
Cool...it's really cool in real life!
Scottie, I'm headed to the Bristol Tenn. area for two weeks visiting family any car shows that you know of going on that are close to that area like a day trip travel. How can anyone hate such beautiful craftsman ship? Thanks for the explanation I figured it must work somehow but definitely wasn't sure how keep up the good work.
I shot it...two superchargers...driver....very cool Truck!
Hey man thanks for not saying anything rude because you had every right to i apologize
It's all good...I try to run a professional channel!
You are doing a fantastic job my friend !
Austin Opry Thank you..
I think this owner has his facts on supercharger vs turbo mixed up. Still a cool looking car.
I gotta know when this thing is back in Pigeon Forge, I live about 20 miles down I-40 from there...I MUST. SEE. IT.
I like that. Should feed the exaust into the blower. Then you're green echo friendly. Pulse the fuel to almost nothing when hot.
You need to see it is real life....just awesome!!
haters wouldnt know what they on about, there are other engines that run a blower and turbo out there for instance a lot of two stroke detroit diesels run turbos into the front of the blower, and then one that suprised me is the vw golf gti, runs both. the blower runs until the turbo is spooled then cuts out and turbo does the work
It is a beast...but a very pretty one!
It can be driven, it's just a show car. It's like a work of art from the creator, not a race car.
At least you have the sense to recognize a purpose built car It's done very nice and very unique. The hater well they are jealous that all... Their loose not ours because we can appreciate what people do with their passion. Nice comment.
I will try to get it the next time I see it!
Got to!!
The plate thats been welded would normally contain two or sometimes more corckscrew bellows pulling huge amounts of air.The pipe on the back im pretty sure is the actuall air intake and the actuall blower is just apretty air box.
Appologys if im wrong.just looking at it knowing theres a blanck plate welded in then there cant be any bellows which is the "Blown"part.
Defex Defex There is a how it works video....check it out when you have time!
got to say it is a amazing machine. Thanks for the video.
Munish Hooda My pleasure...glad you enjoyed it!!
Easy to tell the blowers got a 3 inch pipe out welded to the back of it.
I go top fuel racing (europian finals at pod etc) and none have thattake off pipe
I had an old buell once and that had what looked like some blower when in fact it was jjust a pretty looking air intake.
It is what it is.
A show car
Not a race car.
Just look at rat rods there crazy pipe work.
I want a rat rod. Dont matter if it gets wet or rusts. V8 on an agled rail.
Or a,dodge charger.
Thanks for upload..
Thank you Brother....
Everything works but the scoop. that's for show. I can live with that.
It's running in the feature Video
Sure looks Hi-tech but from what I can see,the blower scoop is only an air inlet(as it would be for a blower)but it feeds the turbos..He could gut the blower out and probably get more performance...Basically it's just a blow thru system like a vortech or paxton type blower system...It does look cool 'tho and that nice polished blower is just a carb spacer...Nice to get another look at it.
okay, YOU are RIGHT!!! it works! just looks a little funny, car ha ha
thanks for the follow up, when you're right, you're right! thanks
He's trying to say that top fuel pushes more fuel into the motor than it can use, therefore fuel will get out the exhaust and destroy the turbo.
But hey, maybe in the future top fuel will run on turbos. But I think they'll have to change fuel first. Cost would also be much higher as it's more complex.
lol..they won't watch the video...I appreciate your support Brother!
I have one word, well two. Muscle & WOW!
Ok Scottie I love the videos. This camaro is too cool. But what about the guys BIG RIG in the background. How bout a feature on it in the future. HOT ROD BIG RIGS RULE.
Me to...stick around!
Yes it is!
awesome car really really lovely car
Cool!
Scottie on the Semi in the background you cab see 2 silver tanks on it.
We don't get to hear it? At least we heard Bradley's double blower truck at the end.
TOP FUEL!...as in the top form of drag racing
Never doubted for one second that it all worked. Nice to see Bradley and his car again. Did you shoot the truck in the background the older Chevy? I wonder if that the truck he mentioned last year.
You know Brother....yes it is the twin supercharged 65 Chevy Pick Up.....very cool....of course I shot it!!..lol
This guy probably has multiple weekday cars and multiple weekend toys. He should at least run it down the strip once. How could you build such a beastly engine and never exhibit it doing what it is built to do?
So it works like a standard compound boost setup just instead of using fuel injection. It's carbureted and he dressed it up. Nice
Thanks for checking it out!
Turbo creates continuous power: TRUE
Supercharger has all its power at once right away: FALSE
Supercharger tops out in power at redline. At least that's how I understand it
Turbos don't create continuous power, since they are exhuast driven power comes at high rpm
What he means is that supercharger create linear power curve and not turbo because they need a certain RPM to be spooled up enough
Okay I get it. So which is more efficient average?
Turbo is more efficient (specially on small engine) because its exhausr gas driven instead of strap driven so it only use lost energy and doesnt need power coming from the crankshaft to operate. But in the other hand supercharger give a better power at low RPM and are easier to setup
Okay. That makes a lot of sense. Thank you!
Nice the 65 c10 looked good to beside it.
Awesome, I wish it was mine :)
For sure...Glad You liked it!!
I can only agree my Friend....
Yes it is..
Not yet...
Thank You..
What a beast!
Simple......... BEAST!
That's right...this is a green idea....lol
stunning car.
Right!
Are these shows up there all the time? I'm over in Knoxville and I only go to the cars and coffee at west town and euro auto garage. And if you want a cool car to look at and interview. There's a 427 original Cobra every Saturday at like 5-5:30ish at the advanced auto parts on Clinton highway in Powell. It's near merchants. A super cool car along with some other very nice cars
I'm still a fan of the turbo...
So you're basically pre-pressurising the air feed to the supercharger?
my dream car!
i came up with a similar design when i was 12, the design was a little different but pretty much the same concept. not too long ago i saw a video about a peterbilt rig built in the mid 70's used a turbo supercharged or twincharged 2 stroke diesel, its not new there are lots of examples of vehicles that utilize this concept, which i realized once i read this
en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Twincharger
i just cant believe people said it wouldn't work without doing research. the main advantage is to reduce lag on large turbos as it will help spool up your turbo by forcing or pulling air through the turbo and also increasing exhaust pressures to help the turbo spool up
