Thank you for this informative review. I was fortunate to get my hands on a LT1917 Bullet Journal Edition 2 notebook which has the same paper, and it's my favorite notebook I've ever used. Just a pleasure to write on every day!

Thanks for showing the comparison with the 80 GSM paper. I'll have to try this 120 GSM paper, since there is such a noticeable difference. It definitely looks like it is worth the price difference based on the results.

Impressive product, especially with the Sharpie which usually bleeds on almost any other paper.

Hi Mick, how did you find shading and sheen on this paper? I'm just about to set up a bullet journal (a bit late) for this year and was thinking of using a Dingbats that I have already on the bookshelf :)

Shading is okay. Better than regular Leuchtturm… but not like TR. Same with sheen. In a sheening ink you may pick some up, but not excessive. Not dissimilar to regular Rhodia in that respect.

@@theoffstageme ooooh, interesting. I like the regular 1917 paper, the only real issue is when I put dots (bullet points) and cross throw them it ghosts badly. I am going to use the Dingbats as I have one handy though and a Endless TR as a journal. ps, stay safe there in Melbourne, NSW isn't doing too good. I'm in Newcastle still hiding indoors, hopefully it settles down.

Could you test office depot journals, staples journals, and marker papers?
