    Jay, thanks for the killer video! We’re so glad you are loving the SnapSports addition to your already impressive gym set-up. As for pickleball-we hear you and have actually developed a patented surface (PickleGrip) for pickleball enthusiasts. Thanks again for sharing your feedback!

    Wow!! Looks amazing. I just took on a role to do gym operations. How do you clean the gym flooring? Also, I need to create a mini wall Pro Shop. I have 2 locations by the desk or by the front door. Any suggestions?

      We have a wet dry vacuum that sweeps and mops at the same time but wouldn’t be good for a large space. It barely works here for the amount of space we have. It’s by Tineco. I’d put the pro shop by the desk to make easier transitions and to prevent theft.

    Thanks for the video. How are the black tiles holding up to scuff marks? We like the black but aren’t sure how it keeps up

    • @jaycruz.threefold
      @jaycruz.threefold  Před 5 měsíci

      You’re welcome! The black has more noticeable scuffs than the silver maple. Overall it still looks really good and doesn’t have anywhere near a “worn” look yet.

    Have you had any shifting or buckling of the floor? doesn't appear that there is floating space left against the walls. We are considering this product for a multi court facility, from other comments, sounds like you are pleased with it not being slippery?

    • @jaycruz.threefold
      @jaycruz.threefold  Před 5 měsíci +1

      There hasn’t been any shifting in placement or tiles that have buckled. There is enough space all around for the tiles to move a little to make the floor feel softer without large shifting in a step. Yes it is slick in that if you have knee pads on you can still slide when playing volleyball but grippy enough to where you don’t slip at all with shoes. Obviously if there is water you don’t want that on any floor but we haven’t had slipping issues

      It’s a Gared 72” glass backboard with Multi-Directional Breakaway Basketball Rim (4000+). Side fold mount

    Hey man, also was curious how the traction compares to real wood?? Also, how's the dribbling where the tiles meet, any issue there? Thanks!

    • @jaycruz.threefold
      @jaycruz.threefold  Před 6 měsíci +2

      A well finished wood floor is definitely more sticky/tacky than this flooring. With that said, we have never had slipping issues or loss of grip in general on the floor. As long as you keep it dry if moisture gets on it, there isn’t a problem. This flooring is used in a lot of AAU tournaments and college volleyball tournaments that I’ve watched, so it holds up to that standard minimum

    Have you played Pickleball on this court? Curious if the ball bounces ok to play on this style floor?

    • @jaycruz.threefold
      @jaycruz.threefold  Před 7 měsíci

      This specific tile really absorbs the bounce of a traditional pickle ball. We use an oversized and squishier tennis ball to crate the closest feel of a pickle ball that we could. Snapsports does make a court tile specifically for pickleball and will still absorb enough shock for long play hours

      Thanks for the reply! do you think 19' is high enough? I don't think I can get any higher than that. Thanks man, looks AWESOME@@jaycruz.threefold

    • @jaycruz.threefold
      @jaycruz.threefold  Před 7 měsíci

      @@srt4turbo1 for half-court it is plenty high. I think the minimum you can use is 16ft but 19 should be great. I’ve never come close to hitting the ceiling on normal arcing shots. Volleyball it works well enough but the sky is the limit with volleyball.

    • @srt4turbo1
      @srt4turbo1 Před 7 měsíci +1

      Thank you again for the reply! You think for full court 19' would be a bit low though? Not sure what I plan on going with yet (depending on if I can afford it!) As long as 19' is good half-court i'm less stressed for now. lol thanks again

      @@srt4turbo1 it’s fine for normal shooting maybe up to half court. If you’re going full length shots it’s not high enough.
