Hey 7WG just go to Customer Service and tell them to retrieve your account. And just provide your IN GAME info and your level and also provide some screenshots. Just link it in from VIA SD CARD
I was at tier 5, i had not beat the boss yet but i deleted the game to restart, i wanted a fresh new start

Worked for me y’all my account is now back but it wasn’t that simple to do I had to contact Zynga 5 times but it really takes patience it’s best to screenshot your rank and player ID and I sure hope you did good luck

Go to support and tell the support system
Don’t play till your account syncs and redownload the game till it sync it might not work the first try could be even three time you will need to download csr
Ye that happens, the wifi suddenly disconnect when i have a 5 bar sending and downloading wifi

I got new phone not too long ago and downloaded the csr2 again on it the graphics look better on this phone, but I have trouble in legends races the first part works great I win the car but doing the second part it loads forever after that it gets frustrating and like using some of those legends' cars too. Even though I been playing for while I still trying to figure out how things work. Just recently I made purchase for 9.99 I got million in game cash and 1000 gold, but I started over new game and trying to figure out if I can get that extra back the money and gold I bought. And sometimes the litte red wifi icon shows on top of the game where the blue numbers are at saying Im offline
