GINGERBREAD DOUGH RECIPE - FOR DECORATIVE PURPOSES ONLY - though fully edible, in this recipe I use more spices and I use shortening to make this recipe, normally I prefer using butter if making cookies for eating. After baking cookies become hard/crisp.

This is absolutely gorgeous!!
These succulent cakes are trendy, and I think they are all beautiful, but I love that you did yours in meringue and not buttercream, like many others. The buttercream cakes with all the heavy floral work mean you end up eating A LOT of frosting. Granted buttercream is tasty but it can be a bit much. What a beautiful, lighter alternative you presented!!

Lovely wreath -- too pretty to eat! I've never seen the plastic wrap in a pastry bag trick before -- looks like it would save on disposable bags. Do you find the meringue to be as easy to work with as frosting, or does it have more limitations?
Thank you. I find it easy to work with, it is slightly sticky as you know but other than that I had no issues..only eating too much of it I suppose. I love meringue.

I think for roses you are right but she's making succulents and the one you said was wrong with its thicker petals is called a echeveria. So, I'm happy to say...she was right with her succulents.

There really are a lot of ads in these videos. Four ads for a 12 minute video seems a bit much. I could understand if it was a half hour long but it's too many ads for this length video IMHO.
