    After 2016 election I made a visit to the Ronald Reagan library and when I saw this speech that same day I officially left the Democrat Party.

      @@PontifexMonarka ah yes free healthcare doesn't work. I'm a us army veteran an there are about 42 million of us an we get free healthcare. It sucks an they are trying to make better an barely have. If they can't do it with 42 million they definently can't with about 330 million. I don't want my doctors appointment similar to going to the department of motor vehicle.

      @@Joseph-ub5wh Yeah, american healthcare isn't good. It is extra expensive because of monopoly on medicine production. European countries got a better healthcare system for half the price. Canada get medicine made in america, costing 1/10th of the price of the same thing in america. No system is perfect, but 40 000 americans die every year due to the bad healthcare system that is in place. The american healthcare system is built to punch you while you are down.

      @@PontifexMonarka it's a shame the country that is supposed to be the richest in the world ranks in the 30's healthcare wise. Medicare is what made healthcare so expensive. When you know you'll get unlimited money from a government entity without regulation you'll can charge whatever you want. An way more than 40,000 Americans die a year from poor car I'd say it's probably in the hundreds of thousands

A friend of a friend said he will liquidate his large holdings (RE, stocks, bonds, etc.) and move out of the country if Biden gets elected, but doesn't know where he'll go. Turns out that Australia and New Zealand will not take you if you are over 45. Another friend who is Swiss, can go back to Switzerland (she's been here for 30+ years and is getting her citizenship here, finally) with her family but the Swiss "signed on" with China a while ago, so she doesn't know if she wants to do that. Just as the cities are clearing out, due to Dems' stupid policies that have caused them to burn.....the USA will "clear out" if Biden wins. So will the stock market!

    My father was lucky enough to live under President Reagan(he's still alive today). I'm lucky enough to live under President Trump, and my father voted for Trump back in 2016. I'll be voting for the first time for President Trump in November. Trump 2020 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

      He spoke a lot of good, but he didn't do a lot of good. He signed the amnesty for millions of illegals, signed a lot of trade deals that began the loss of many American industries to Taiwan and China. Did nothing about the EPA that was destroying businesses here in the USA and caused many small towns relying on coal to go bankrupt. He did nothing about his VP who was busy meddling in the affairs of the Middle East, and this in turn started the creation of the Taliban. He is like many politicians, good at speeches, bad at living up to his promises.

      Trump is extreamly good at getting things done. But his IQ is nowhere near Reagans. Trump is good at identifying compitent people while Reagan would probably be able to handle any of those positions on his own.

    I always did love Ronald Reagan. I was just a child back then, but his words ring out Hope and Goodness, and I simply cannot understand how anyone, Liberals included, simply cannot see the light. It's all out of hand today. There is not another Ronald Reagan, but there is a President that has done more for America than the Liberals could only wish for. Vote your heart, not your hate!

    I was too young to appreciate what this man did for our country and all the warnings he gave us. I do remember watching his inauguration on TV in elementary school..... But how haunting and prophetic his words are..... To simplify his speech, liberals stuck.

    His comments about the Cuban are spot on! In all of America's history, we've no doubt made mistakes in the process but if we're not that place of freedom, liberty, hope, dreams, opportunities then there is no other place to escape too! As much as I'm appalled by our failure as a nation to secure our southern border, there's a reason why tens of thousands of people are flooding o it! People from Central and South America, the Caribbean and in a recent report, from Central Europe, escaping the war and Southern Asians! These folks aren't trying to get into Russia or China or North Korea or Cuba or Venezuela or Haiti! If America cannot be independent, economically secure and strong at home, then we're surely will not be than safe place here nor for those abroad seeking the freedoms the we take for granted here!

    A poweful speech. It has been so long since I heard Ronald Reagan. I remember Reaganomics and I struggled during his presidency but he was a powerful president. The domestic enemy at the time was inflation. He was the last president that I remember that believed in a balanced budget until Trump. He also had a great sense of humor.

      The problem was that Dems in Congress spent a SHIT LOAD of money. He didn't veto much either, which really pissed me off. I think he said it was because the bills had the votes so they were veto-proof. SO? Veto them anyway so history will show that a true Republican is NOT for unending spending (and there was no COVID shut down at the time). BTW, inflation was completely Carter's and Dem's fault.

      @@gravitytwo4088 Yes he was under the illusion that he could work with the dems they did hold the house which means they held the purse string .The biggest thing he wanted too do was rebuild the miltary he knew USSR could not keep up So it was a trade off no more USSR for more debt. It was incoming administrations that did nothing about either.
