    The band members look like they're having fun. I know they were looking forward to visiting the USA. They deserve warmest welcome, support from we American rock music fans.

      Lpmgato1 Oh yes that’s true that they were looking forward to perform in the USA. I talked to Yuki before they went on stage to perform, she said she has been wanting to visit the States and finally got the chance. Crowd wasn’t that impressive because it’s 10:30am in the morning but they really put an amazing show and great showmanship.

      @@AllMusicXcessAMX Thanks so much for reply. I'm a 70 year old Texas farmer, retired health care officer from US Air Force. I'm a life time music lover, and have followed D Drive on line for years. I would be thrilled to watch them in person, tell them how much I admire and respect their dynamic music. Yuki is amazing, but so are the other band members. I'm delighted they had fun in the US. I KNOW the fans in my native Texas would LOVE D Drive and make them welcome here! Blessings from North rural Texas farm/ranch country.

      Lpmgato1 OH WOW!!! Now that’s certain, music truly brings the young and old together, no matter what the genre may be. I really hope they’re able to have a tour in the USA and you can see them live. If not, perhaps after the coronavirus problem is resolved, you can travel to Japan or somewhere where they’ll be performing. I’m sure you can in touch with them on Facebook and Instagram as well. Do you think it’s possible for any event company to invite them to perform in Texas?

      @@AllMusicXcessAMX Possibly, especially in Austin, Texas. Austin is a music center for rock and blues music. Austin also warmly embraces Japanese bands. Actually, Texas music fans typically admire and respect Japanese bands, as well as respect, embrace Japanese people. I think Texas rock fans would LOVE D Drive. I certainly do! They're amazing. They also seem like great young people, as well as great musicians. In my experience, Japanese musicians typically do have high personal character, as well as awesome skill and talent.

    D Drive has been performing great music for many years, in spite of their youthful age. They're exciting, sophisticated, exceptional musicians, one of my personal favorite bands. Great to see them in the USA, performing brilliantly! Thanks for the video.

      @@AllMusicXcessAMX As noted above, thank you for your reply. Your video is great, excellent sound and video quality, that accurately reflects how D Drive sounded and looked, live. They're great band, who deserve global recognition and fan support. I hope they eventually play in my native Texas.

    I've listened to this video multiple times. The more I listen, the more amazed I am. All four of these band members are awesome musicians. D Drive is the REAL Deal, a true Super Band! I also have to state the obvious, that Yuki is another of the stunningly beautiful, incredible Japanese female guitarists who are blowing away the notion that hot guitar is only for male players. Seiji is also awesome, as are Toshi and the great young lady on drums.

    • @AllMusicXcessAMX
      @AllMusicXcessAMX  Před 4 lety +2

      Lpmgato1 I agree! They’re tight as a band, not only Yuki but the rest are amazing musicians too.

      @@AllMusicXcessAMX Indeed so, as I noted in my comment above. As a 70 year old Texas cowboy, I grew up in '60s, listening to hard rock and blues. All the great guitarists, bass players, drummers, were men. All of the super groups of that era were male dominated. I'm delighted to see Yuki and so many other great Japanese young ladies, playing as well or better than the males of past years. That said, she would be first to credit the other members of D Drive. Music is not bound by gender, culture or age. Great music really is the language of the soul! Blessings to you and yours!

      Right on. I'm from rural Texas. Still hoping Love Bites tours and performs in USA. I'm also a fan of Band Maid, D Drive, and the great young trio band, Asterism. To me, the best rock music in the world now is from these awesome Japanese bands.

    Guitar Rei is another exceptional guitarist from Japan what make her unique is she plays a Gibson Firebird and only plays with a thumb pick the reason she list Johnny Winter as a major influence
