Actually and this is true it is possible to survive a shot to the head. I dout the man could get up bet there have been cases of soldiers who got shot through the head and survived (most of them lost partiall or total brain functions)

Itâs possible someoneâs nerves can still be going causing them to fidget after a shot threw the brain, but the assassin was shot straight threw the top of the head and he got up within seconds

rambo has a more than 100 round m60 that he can control with one hand only, an explosive bow and his knife aswell as his environment, wick's got no chance here, wick's a hitman, rambo's a special forces green beret trained in guerilla warfare and can adapt to his surroundings
A lot of the weapons used in the Cold War are still used today.

To be honest I do think Rambo would win even in his old age because he has way more experience than Wick when it comes to combat plus Rambo was able to terrorize a small town without getting caught so a city would just be a few steps above that. Then let's not forget last blood where despite being old he decimated all of the cartel members who were after him and then pinned the leader to the wall of his barn with four well placed arrows going through the guys arms and legs before walking up to him and ripping the leaders heart out of his chest and showing it to him before he died all while being injured. Then there is also how he snuck through the security of a high ranking members house in a city and the only way the leader knew it was Rambo is because Rambo wanted him to give chase which led to the fight on the farm.
Rambo is no where near as skilled as Wick and tends to relly on brute strength 95 % of the time while Wick is martial artist genius
