PE At Home: “Flying Paper Ring” Challenge

The “Flying Paper Ring” challenge is an activity where you throw a ring around a soup can. This activity can assist in the development of motor skills and hand-eye coordination development. Try a personal best time challenge or challenge a family member.
Students will be able to...
1. Throw the Frisbee using a forehand throw and side arm throw while stepping with the correct foot.
NASPE 1 Demonstrates competency in motor skills and movement patterns needed to perform a variety of physical activities.
NASPE 2 Demonstrates understanding of movement concepts, principle, strategies, and tactics as they apply to the learning and performance of physical activities.

Sorry buddy. Roll up 3 pieces of paper separately. Place a piece of scotch tape in the middle of each paper to hold it in place. Then, tape each rolled up piece of paper to each others to make the ring.
