That bracket is so so so wrong. It should be 1st place plays winner of 9th & 10th. 2nd place should have a bye and play winner of 4th & 5th. 6th should play 3rd in the bottom bracket with 2nd seed. Then 7th vs 8th in the upper side of the bracket

Teams in the upper side of the bracket should be, 1st, 7th, 8th, 9th, & 10th
Then on the bottom side, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, & 6th
