I remember trying to do this jump, giving up after 30 minutes, and deciding to see just how hard the boss was really. Took 3 attempts and actually beat him pretty easilt

Please pin this comment, and comment on here if youâve noticed this too. This exploit is patched, was trying to do it and would always miss by a foot. Rewatched the video to see what the difference was and I paused at 2:04 and judging how his characters shoulder covers up a portion of the tombstone they definitely moved it more to the left to prevent this from being used again. Comparing both this videos footage and what I see the tombstone is definitely more to the left 1 week after this video and 3 days after latest patch

If youâre struggling with the final jump. Keep hold of the run button before you even make the first jump, keep it help down and you will make the last jump easy.

This glitch doesnt work anymore if you have updated your elden ring game, the devs pulled the tombstones back farther making the jump impossible in case people were still trying to do so.
actually you can do with Bloodbone Arrow (Fletched), a bow and Arrow's Reach Talisman but you need 270+ arrow.
What? Lol, I'm talking about the tombstone jump, they spaced the gap of the jump wider so you cant actually make the running jump.
Was gunna say they hit us with 2 patches in a week I'm sure it got patched out. They made radagon in calied super easy though. I liked it when ot was difficult. Glad I beat him then.

Still works. Spin in circles holding sprint and jump at the wall directly to the right (a few inches over from where he lands in the video). You'll land on a lower step and you can just regular jump to get on the actual ledge. Wayyyyyy easier. I kept falling off the ledge doing it how he was.

Keep still as you jump and hold sprint button while on air. Do not release. This is to activate sprint without moving. Now while holding sprint button, jump forward.
Super helpful tip. When on top of the grave stone, go to the menu and hold down the run button. Which exits you out of the menu and still holding it down, just run in jump onto the ledge.

Think before you land on the tall tomb pillar, just hold on your sprint while you landed, then readjust your character and jump towards.(with sprint button holding on of cos). using keyboard to jump. haha. Thanks for the guide. đ€Łđ
Best way to do this. Just hold the circle button and NEVER EVER LET GO. youâll find that youâre moving faster and itâs difficult to get used to the movement. But just continue holding the circle button, and and jump onto the pillars and make your way to the last pillar. Remember, NEVER EVER LET GO OF THE CIRCLE BUTTON. Itâs a sure way to successfully jump rather than waiting for the final moment or âbeing in the airâ and shit. In short, just be in âsprint modeâ all the time. Itâs gonna be hard to move around but once you make it to the last pillar while maintaining this mode, just turn towards the camera and go to the back edge, before turning towards the wall youâre jumping onto and press jump. Good luck. I know this is long but I hope you guys understand. Worked for me after struggling for like an hour timing my sprint and jump. I find it easier just to be in sprint mode all the time and work my way from there.

If anyone is still looking to glitch that boss you can if you stand right up against the boss door and Spam the shackle ability a few times. (I did it 10 times or so) And then enter the bathroom and he will still be glitched standing still like that. I tested this post patch yesterday
I made it to the boss fight, died, then couldn't make the jump at all. Noticed that I could shoot the boss from the last jump pillar with arrows while aiming down sights with L1. It took like 200 poison arrows to kill him, but if you absolutely can't make the jump it's an option lol
Now I'm seeing ppl say it was updated and they moved the tombstone? lol I literally updated the game right before attempting the jumps, at least the arrows worked for me đ

@@AlanAl187 I suggest grabbing alot of arrow supplies so you don't have to go back to farm for them. Also I had the arrows reach talisman equipped not sure if it's needed to hit him from that far. Goodluck!

Lot easier than jumping in place, perform an emote that does not allow you to move mid animation. While the emote is being performed hold B to prep the sprint jump. The second your emote ends the game is registering that you are sprinting, you can then jump to the platform.

When top of the pillar grave
Do a normal jump and while on the air hold sprint then when you land go forward and jump. This will cut the sprint animation delay

@@iamkidwayne1469 If you are still trying, remap your controls until after the jump. On PS5, I swapped my light attack and sprint buttons to make it easier to hold sprint until after I got on the ledge.

My rune farming journey started with the militia men at Bestial Sanctum, then the Giant Dragon, then the Bird, and now, yet again, I find an even better place to get runes.

Seems like he beat the boss once and you get runes for a boss kill

This is a one time thing, very misleading. Best farm in the game is to get a good aoe weapon art and spam the little dudes and the bird at the palace approach i literally got 1 million in 20 minutes.
Try the camp at the "unpassable great bridge" grace stop. Here dino-dogs and soldiers will start fighting each other. Just stand under the watch tower as they fight. Do this as much as wanted.

There's a way to do this in less steps. Do everything he said but when you walk into the boss arena the first time, kill him instead of letting him kill you. Bam! 1 million Runes!
Probably not gonna do this on my firsth playthrough, I dont want to experience the boss fight like this...

As soon as I started this tactic I got it first try, when youâre on top of the tombstone start running and quickly move your joystick in a circle and then jump when youâre looking in the direction of the wall hope this helps

This cheese strat has been patched. When he jumps on the first gravestone you can see a distance of two tiles between the large pillar and the ledge. The distance is now 3 œ tiles making it impossible to reach.

after the update they have moved the pillar back about 2 rows of blocks.
in this video you can see 2 rows of stones infront of the pillar (towards the wall) @2:04 seconds exactly.
in game you can see 4 rows of stones infront of the pillar (towards the wall) they have patched this and moved the pillars back

for anyone struggling with the pvp of the white face quest line fast travel to caelid and use the finger it takes seconds to invade there
I found a new cheese post patch. Shoot arrows from the jump tombstone until you stagger him, then enter the arena. He will then be froze, and free to hit. Just make sure not to stagger him again or he will unfreeze. This works 100%

@@Fragil1ty arrows do reach but you're gonna have to calculate that arrow drop. easier to hit if you have mighty shot ashe of war on your bow.
I just tested this and if you brought him down to around half hp by hitting, he'll automatically pop into his second phase and be free.
I used poison mist to bypass this, hit him haven't tried rot but poison mists takes about 3 spray and he should be poison.

I have never seen this much cheesing with any other fromsoftware game before, it's insane.

This is like the 7th boss I've cheesed so far. I did this a few days ago. I'm happy it's catching on! đ the volcano manor Godskin Noble was the easiest by far using a bow.

Tip for anyone trying on controller jump while standing in place while in the air hold circle down while still in the air and when you land you will still have sprint button held. While sprint button is still held jump to the ledge that has the Crack on it

When you make the second jump, if you hold circle then, it makes the jump way easier. All you have to do is hold forward and jump.

If anyone havent completed White-Face side quest (that guy that give u the medal to come to blood lord area) and get his armor set, please dont do the bug and kill Blood Lord boss 1st, else you will not able to get White Face armor set.
He have me 5 fingers and told me to use them

For people who has issues with jumping on console:
1. Open your map
2. Press and hold B (the exit button, to get out of the map screen)
3. Press A while holding B

Basically the hardest quest in my entire gaming history
What worked for me was.
Step1: When you're on top of that tall tombstone turn around facing the lever.
Step2: While facing the lever jump up but press and hold B or Circle in mid-air. (So now you should be toggled to run) Keep holding it down.
Step3: Now continuing to holding B or Circle just jump towards the ledge.
It easier imo this way because it'll take a frame or so for your guy to start running to having them face backwards to move into forwards position gives you that running leap to the ledge.

Amazing the boss ai is tied to the zone trigger and not just visual or range.
Seems to be that way. There's a double fight somewhere in Calied in the sorcerers ruins city place that I was able to hit freely as I jumped over some vines and never triggered the boss AI by going through the fogwall. This has been in the souls games awhile, figured they would've figured out a way round it lol
Didn't even know sprinting was a thing... I learned a lot here!
You have to watch the way his body is lined up and jump in the sane direction as him it canât be diagonal or anything see what he does and mimic it and youâll get it
technically speaking there is the golden scarab helmet(from corpse in limgrave downside is taking more damage when equipped but that doesn't matter here), golden scarab artifact (from cave in calleid), and then use golden foot to get maximum out of this exploit
edit: they patched location of tombstone tho so only offline people who don't undergo patches can use the exploit lol

I highly recommend against this exploit because you're breaking a quest line and they patch this exploit when they did the update upon entering the mausoleum and fighting the boss you break the Lord of blood quest line again. I highly recommend against this because you will lose access to a lot of the bleed spells that you can get from progressing this questline forward

I just did it. They must have nerfed the runes. I only got 500,000 with a gold-pickled fowl foot.

Jump still working. It has not been patched yet. People saying it's been patched are just unable to complete the jump. Follow pacman's advice and buffer sprint by opening and closing map.

Just did it using the spinning in circles on the top gravestone and then holding sprint to do a sprint in circles and then pressing jump while sprinting in circles when I move my joystick to face the wall.
Or just fight the boss witch is actually fun to do and you will feel better after it

first quality vid explaining how to make the jump
It took me about 30 minutes. I had to hold down the "O" button the entire time jumping up the tombstones and during the final jump. Was tricky to adjust to the movement, but after countless tries, I eventually got it.

Yes guys, I did it lastnite. I saw the comments saying the devs moved the tombstones, and that worried me at first... but I kept trying and got it. After I made the jump I posted the comment here. It took probably 50-100 tries, but once I decided to keep the "o" button pressed the entire time, I saw the potential of making the jump. Although it was tricky jumping up the tombstones while in sprint mode, I eventually got it

For anyone struggling on the tombstone heres a tip: as you jump try to punch, it just might give you that extra distance
thank you so much, started by jumping on shrine of marta and it worked a lot easier
killing is better than jumping, tried to fight it cuz i want to see moves and wont regret later, but when doing that i got it to half health and then decided to die then later seen the comment that said it was patched.
If you're having trouble with that method of jumping there's another one I found out. You can hold sprint and quickly run in one circle on the tomb stone before jumping to help build momentum. This might be easier with consol controls than pc.

Its easy when ur about to jump for it just jump without moving and in mid air hold ur run button then when u go for the jump ur moving at full speed

Just wanna confirm this is still working after the latest patch just jumped in there, will admit it did take me like 20 minutes to finally get in but it's doable, all I can say is when you're on top of the gravestone before you make that jump initially jump and then while you're in the air hold the run button and just literally keep holding it as soon as you land from running run forward and try your best to jump as late as you can and you will make that jump

ok, theres something he didnt mention, at the end when he said u need to find an NPC and do his quests, those quests require u to play online, for those on console that do not play online ;)
You can access the area much later on, but yes you need to play online to do this early.
I'm not sure if some of the rare npc invasions that you can do actually count for this, tho(like in Patche's questline)
prep work is to do the white mask quest line which involves killing 2 main bosses then having to do tricky par-core then have to spend a long time hitting this guy which if your early game will take awhile kindly share the video where you can do all that IN 5 SECONDS

Not true. I summoned someone, didn't go through mist and he gliched over while I fought off invader and I got it! đ
@@ThirdEyeThriving good 4 you, literally just did it as a summon and got nothing, person who summoned me then went through the fog after I defeated the boss and we were stuck. Boss was still there just invisible and could still be damaged with no health bar
I helped my buddy with the jump after I had already beat the boss and got like 200,000 runes
