I need to get an endometrioma (tumor) removed. I'm looking at the Bronze 60 HDHP PPO plan and wondering if it's ideal to cover my surgery and potential 3 day hospital stay. I just don't want issues w/ payment after the surgery. But I definitely plan to get surgery asap. Any advice?
