Seriously no words. I mean u saw the way that girl was crying. That moment has placed itself somewhere in her mind. I don't know why the people at senior posts are always into this 'make things difficult for freshers' thing leave difficult they make it worse. I do agree that some of the allegations are void but then many are legit nd I believe this campaign has started only bcs such things are taking place at a really high rate not only in India but in the whole world.

Casting couch can never be eradicated from film industry because of the v nature of profession...on one hand actresses are competing with each other to do item songs and portray themselves as sex objects ...they are working long hours in distant locations far from family n friends with their directors and producers who are trying to visualize them from the point of view of audience and commercial viability ....in fact most actresses already send their profile containing pictures to producers and directors ...these profiles always have bikini pictures etc and the beauty and figure of actress is important factor to chose any actress...acting skills come later....so under such circumstances men using their power n position to take advantage of the situation will always be there....and when there is no shortage of girls who are young beautiful n willing to play along these kind men will always try to explore possibilities....so all in all the very nature of entertainment n fashion industry promoted exploitation of women....if women want to avoid being exploited better chose different profession...better to be safe than sorry
