The closest ski resorts to San Francisco is Tahoe which is where I live, you can ride 3 mountains all season for under 400$, You must be buying 109$ day passes every day, in which case, you'd only have to go up 3 days and the season pass is payed for.

PEOPLE NEED TO ACCEPT HAT THEIR ARE GONNA BE DIFFERENT BOARDS FOR DIFFERENT RIDERS AND STLYES. THERE ARE SNOWBOARDS, SKATEBOARDS,FLOWBOUARDS, SURFBOARDS, AND FREEBOARDS. and the reality is many different boarders learn from completly different styles. a skateboarder can learn from a surf surfboarder. we can all be one community

+Ethan Hill. No hills here either --> Netherlands. I still got one though, shred the skatepark :) Plus, once you get comfortable pushing it's definitely doable with good bearings.
