In my opinion Poison Build is S tier, Blood Build is S- tier and Sleep/Stealth Build is S+ tier. Also Poison/Blood Build is makes more sense than Burn/Blood

Yes but you will be mediocre in arena. Right now, burn is outclassed by sleep entirely and is at a very weak stage
