Imagine Koh Norea City with parks, sport corners, japanese style garden,
roses garden, trees along the sidewalks, hundreds of Japanese cherry trees (for cherry b/ossom view). clean state-of the-art public toilets, enough parking lots for cars, and trash bin services, no open sewers, no bad smell, no venders on the sidewalks; they should have a vender-corner or so.
Last but not least, rebuild and enlarge the damaged sidewalks in the old parts of Phnom Penh.
On the other hand, many parts of Phnom Penh city smell horrible, especially in the markets and along the river walk. Not productive if you are trying to attract more tourists into Cambodia. Also not to forget its maintenance
And here is why you should close all the ditches or open air- sewers in the whole Cambodia, because it smells, it brings flies, mosquitoes, and causes many diseases such as dinge etc. Good luck.🌻
PS: The road from Phnom Penh to Kep is so bumpy with potholes It also needs a new and good make over
