My gripe with this mech is simple: Paid. Here's my reasoning, us F2P players can only get 1 event crate rush token. According to the info, the chances of us getting it with a token is 6.67% (check it if you want). So, if we get unlucky, we'll just not get Orion, since to get more event crate tokens you need to pay hard cash. Same with Tengu, and Aegis. I did get stalker by luck thankfully, but no cigar for both Aegis and Tengu (No missions if I recall to get tokens for Tengu). So please, if you're willing to hear suggestions, make it so that future mechs can be obtained via an event mission like Arachnos. Or make it so that there are more ways to obtain the event crate tokens. I do not mean to attack the devs in any way, devs have been doing great on other stuff, I'm just saying what I think. I agree to derobotlab. The devs need to find a way on how to get these cool mech and weapons in the game. So far I got Stalker and Tengu from the A-coin crate rush events and some weapons, but other mech and weapons havent showed up on those A-coin crate rush events. Even if the devs cant put it on the Derby Events or the Arena Playoff Events the devs could atleast put it on those A-coin Crate Rush Events even those OP weapons (ex: disc launcher 16, Arc Torrent 12, Missile Rack 12 and others). Or put it on Token Crate Rush Events where there will be 3 questlines which will award you 3 tokens as the final prize
Lemme correct some things: he DOES have a defensive ability which is stasis effect, i usually pop hunter mark and run around the target and they can do nothing about it

I know they stress team work, but it seems like a 10/10 mech for killing lone enemies in a straight duel. With just a lil element of surprise this thing is a dangerous hunter
At the time when a Mech or a Weapon is merely an idea or a concept, the team comes up with a WIP name that follows the development of this concept. Whenever the Mech is finalized and ready to be released it often happens that the team sees that another name might suit it better, hence the changes that you noted 🙂

i have a question! if you hunter's mark an ares tank with the shield on, if the ares is behind cover but the side of the shield is exposed, does shooting the exposed shield still deal 30% to the ares that's behind cover?

Add 2 more energy to max energy. Allows us users a few more options to compete in future. And 3. Just a suggestion. Add a statis effect to mines. Idk just a few things I had on my mind. To keep him exotic. Yaddamean?
Well I think it is better to increase the reaction radius of the mines instead of these buff.The purple implant only increase the blast radius but not the reactive radius

@@Joker3130 Tanks are made for holding control points and distracting enemies, they can resist a big amount of damage with their health. Support mechs are made to support big groups in combat, giving an advantage with health, damage or ground control, most of their abilities work better when you are with your teammates. Also, all new mechs and pilots I have seen(except for maverick), are available in tournaments, so F2P players can get them if they have luck

But what's the deal with all these new mechs having a buck load of hp? even the newest scouter has the same health as guardian, who was known for his tough armor.. on top of high speed and mobility with it's ability and stasis too plus stealth. Stalker has scout speed with the health of a tank and can turn 12 energy weapons into better versions of 16 energy weapons especially with implants, and now this? Maybe it's time some of the older mechs got a little health buff, especially guardian. He's becoming too squishy and slow with all the new mechs and features coming out . .
The Guardian is a lil vulnerable, but his ability leaves most if not all mechs completely unarmed at close range. But you are right, it would be nice to see the old Juggernaut get an HP/shield boost. It's only trick is straight tankness
The new mechs are basically a one in all thing, like the thing with the tanks for example was their lack of energy and speed, but high hp. For the scouts, same but with their ability, and for the attackers less hp but more damage capabilities. But these new mechs have lots of hp, high energy capacity and a strong ability. That's obviously because they want people to pay for them, as they are clearly op
Upgrades or changes to the older Mechs are definitely not off the table. On the contrary, our team receives various feedback from the players regarding the characteristics of the original Mechs that they would like to see tweaked. This feedback is never put on the back burner - the changes are being gradually introduced. For instance, last week the legendary Surge received its buff 😉

Idea for another mech: can only equip one weapon which it uses like an ability reload = cooldown. Max capacity of 12, built like a wolf vor bear and is devastating in close quartiers combat

Hey Plarium, I love Mech arena, but There are some problems with the game: 1: Limited time mechs like Orion and Stalker are near impossible to get for f2p players. Getting only one token for the event crate means only a slim chance to get the mech, which means either waiting for them to reappear or praying they get added to the progress path, which they don’t. 2. Credits are, for being the most common resource, hard to get. Your not likely to run out of A-coins if you spend them wisely, but It’s hard to get enough credits to upgrade anything. Either make things cheaper or allow us to get more credits in a way that doesn’t involve whipping out our wallets to save time. 3. This is my personal experience, but I hate 2v2 Deathmatch. Unlike 5v5 , 2v2 has awkward, clunky maps, Artillery weapons are basically useless as the rockets will either collide with the roof of wherever you are positioned, or the enemy can basically move in any direction because there are so many places to take cover. 5v5 matches are exciting and promote teamwork. 2v2 matches, from my experience, are just mechs slapping each other until death, then switching to a new mech and repeating. 4. The shop. I see a lot of people who have bought Ares and Arc Torrents for like, £3-4 and just decimate players because at the lower divisions where these types of players are found, all the other mechs are too flimsy and no one has strong enough weaponary to defeat them, unless they buy it. These are some of the problems I have. I love the game in general, but these issues need to be solved if players are gonna be able to enjoy the game without converting into money burning whales such as Raid Shadow legends, another title of yours. On another note for the people reading this, pls make sure Plarium see this.

Agreed, also there should be a range limit. Imagine getting marked then getting Rocket Mortars straight up your rear. Imagine having a Brickhouse using overcharge near by, even an opponent Brickhouse wont survive that...

But Orion can still effect by system crash right I still go for the guardian more health can reload enemy's gun but low at moving and when guardian activate is skill and just like you said Orion is defendless so guardian will always need to kill Orion
Actually, about ageis… can you remove them as an AI mech? Is kind of annoying of them to just randomly throws a dome sheild in front of the player and stoping the player from dealing damage, plus, they never react to mordors so they’re very usless.
Aegis is a funny mech. When my opponent set the bubble, I use the bubble to cover myself and then destroy him inside the bubble. Absolutely the most useless mech, but still beautiful.
@@maxchapuis6256 well thing is, when you play as Aegis, most bots see you’re dome shield as a real wall, I usually activate dome shields when there is little amount of opponents, not in a battlefield. But yeah bots are pretty stupid playing Aegis lol
@@maxchapuis6256 the AI enemy also throws down domes then retreats and I'm like "oh sheesh i'll just get in the dome and reload real quick" which is cool because sometimes in a fight, i would just duck in the free cover the AI places lmao
i hope the tengu and stalker with all the other weapons that where new come in the game soon for level ups because its been a long time for new mechs that dont need tokens for them, i dont mean any bad things but i hope they come out soon because some player hate seeing the new mech that are in the test server and not in the real game.

I was on board with it, since it's a legendary mech... but the part where the mark moves on like a curse from mech to mech, really is OP. It's not in line with a hunter to jump from prey to prey in 1 shot
Wow they actually ball this mech unlike stalker (basically broken after the buff) or aegis (it's ability is basically useless and it the dome tends to get in your teams way as much if not more then the enemy
I wouldn't call Aegis's ability useless since it can protect those mechs with no mech(like Zephyr, they are facing a problem,that is before it activate its ability,or even the ability is activated and stuns the enemy,it will get killed by other teams instantly before you take that enemy out and you did nothing),good for 5v5 pvp,but not good in solo. And Yes,stalker is broken,but now the Orion is more broken than the stalker
Hopefully the devs do make it easier for f2p to get all those other weapons like missile rack 12 and disc 16 too. I remember seeing when Stalker first came out on my first account and I decided to just wait for Stalker to be added to the progress path instead of spending my a-coins. As you can see, I was wrong, which is why I hope that the devs make it easier to get tokens for these exclusive weapons like the rest of you guys have said.
They only care about money, so don't expect any of that. And they are now adding a single token probably because the community has pissed them off so much with the p2w stuff

The 3 second cooldown is bogus, but it's a p2w mech and wallet warriors are clumsy players

But Orion can still effect by system crash right I still go for the guardian more health can reload enemy's gun but low at moving and when guardian activate is skill and just like you said Orion is defendless so guardian will always need to kill Orion

Actually, about ageis… can you remove them as an AI mech? Is kind of annoying of them to just randomly throws a dome sheild in front of the player and stoping the player from dealing damage, plus, they never react to mordors so they’re very usless.
Also, Areis’s sheild gets passed through by enimey fire sometimes(a lot of times) so can you guys also fix that? It will be very much appreciated.
Aegis is a funny mech. When my opponent set the bubble, I use the bubble to cover myself and then destroy him inside the bubble. Absolutely the most useless mech, but still beautiful.
@@maxchapuis6256 well thing is, when you play as Aegis, most bots see you’re dome shield as a real wall, I usually activate dome shields when there is little amount of opponents, not in a battlefield.
But yeah bots are pretty stupid playing Aegis lol
@@maxchapuis6256 the AI enemy also throws down domes then retreats and I'm like "oh sheesh i'll just get in the dome and reload real quick" which is cool because sometimes in a fight, i would just duck in the free cover the AI places lmao

i hope the tengu and stalker with all the other weapons that where new come in the game soon for level ups because its been a long time for new mechs that dont need tokens for them, i dont mean any bad things but i hope they come out soon because some player hate seeing the new mech that are in the test server and not in the real game.

I was on board with it, since it's a legendary mech... but the part where the mark moves on like a curse from mech to mech, really is OP. It's not in line with a hunter to jump from prey to prey in 1 shot

Wow they actually ball this mech unlike stalker (basically broken after the buff) or aegis (it's ability is basically useless and it the dome tends to get in your teams way as much if not more then the enemy

I wouldn't call Aegis's ability useless since it can protect those mechs with no mech(like Zephyr, they are facing a problem,that is before it activate its ability,or even the ability is activated and stuns the enemy,it will get killed by other teams instantly before you take that enemy out and you did nothing),good for 5v5 pvp,but not good in solo.
And Yes,stalker is broken,but now the Orion is more broken than the stalker

Hopefully the devs do make it easier for f2p to get all those other weapons like missile rack 12 and disc 16 too. I remember seeing when Stalker first came out on my first account and I decided to just wait for Stalker to be added to the progress path instead of spending my a-coins. As you can see, I was wrong, which is why I hope that the devs make it easier to get tokens for these exclusive weapons like the rest of you guys have said.

They only care about money, so don't expect any of that. And they are now adding a single token probably because the community has pissed them off so much with the p2w stuff
