Here they are policemen and their families are crying they are the victims. I feel for Karen Read. I am glad she has family. I might recommend she move away from these people. My favourite quote of the day thanks to Dr Rentschler! For Lally and anyone else grasping at straws saying ‘yeah but the DNA, the fragments of taillight on his shirt, she said she hit him’, they clearly don’t want to get this simple point. The injuries and the damage to the taillight simply do not fit the theory that she hit him with the back of her vehicle.
For me at this pt, even if Karen did say ‘I hit him’ multiple times that day, it would be akin to a false confession due to stress and panic and worry after he didn’t come home to his niece and nephew, something that was very unlike him. And then everything else IMO was either planted (in the case of the taillight pieces and hair) or just general day to day interaction with the car beforehand (DNA on the taillight panel).

On Day 28, Trooper Guacano the Prosecution second and last phone/Cellbrite expert said Karen's vehicle made it home and connected with JOK's home WiFi at 12:36 a.m. He repeated this at least 6 times. The Prosecution agrees this timestamp is correct. Then he also testified, without batting an eye, that Karen Read made her 3-point term, which the car data allegedly showed to be in front of 34 Fairview, at 12:45 a.m. But, she wasn't at 34 Fairview then...because her phone conncted with JOK's home WiFi at 12:36 p.m.
Guacano said the defendant's phone was a half mile from 34 Fairview at 12:21 a.m. when it registed walking 248 feet and going up/down 3 flights of stairs...so Guacano said KR's car w/ JOK as passenger was just driving up and down hills. But Ryan Nagel and his two passenger's saw Karen Read's SUV at 34 Fairview at 12:21 a.m.
The Prosecution's own data can't explain how KR could have hit JOK at 12:45 at 34 Fairview when she had already made it home to 1 Meadows Drive at 12:36.
If the Cellbrite data don't fit - you must acquit.

I don’t think the people in the home actually thought he was dead when he left, but put two and two together when they found out he was dead. Got lucky that Karen read drove by the house, made those comments to Jen McCabe, and from there, they knew they could “pin it on the girl” because she was drunk and didn’t know if she hit him. At that point, his brain would have begun to swell, and there was nothing that could have been done to save his life. The only thing his body could do at that point was to breathe, and eventually that stopped too. He had to have been carried outside. And the head injury wouldn't have been caused by a fall outside on the grass or the snow. It would have to have happened from hitting something as hard a the concrete floor or the weights.

Why did Jen McCabe want to shift the timeline of the evening?
When John O'Keefe called her to say he had arrived at the Albert house at 12;15am (or whatever), Jen says that those two calls back and forth to J.O were actually so she could give a far away J-O'Keefe "directions to the Albert house". Her false narrative would shift O'Keefe's arrival at the Albert house forwards to fifteen minutes later, after hooligan nephew Colin was already gone.
Why would Jen want people to think that O'Keefe and Karen were far away at a time when they had already arrived at the Albert house?
I think that it has something to do with giving nephew Colin Albert an alibi. They wanted to get 20y/o hooligan Colin Albert back to his own house right away so that he would have an alibi on his own home's WIFI at 12;30am, (which is the fake time that O'Keefe had "arrived at the Albert house").

*Imo, justice for Officer O'Keeffe needs to include his friends and family understanding the evidence proves that Karen didn't do this, but the people who did have been hiding behind the lies they've been told - unfortunately.

I went into this trial thinking the defense are not going to prove their theory. Wow was I wrong. THE PROSECUTION WITNESSES PROVED ME WRONG.The more I looked into this the more I could see how the defense is right. I think that Jenn convinced Karen that you were so drunk you probably hit him. SOthe Karen starts to think maybe I did. But then the defense looks into it and the Albert's have a history like Chris Albert getting 6 months were he crossed the lane and hit and then ran. If he was intoxicated by the time he turned himself in he got 6 months. NOW Chris is Colin's dad . LAST NIGHT turtle boy went to eat . But the Chris and Colin and others had gone before a judge and said that the Albert's and mccades were afraid for their life to get a protection order against turtle boy. Last night the Albert's Chris And others circled him slapped the phone out of turtle boys hand but girlfriend turned hers on. ONe of the Albert's told him to come over trying to push him so he would violate the protection order. Watching them I can see the Albert's surrounding John and it getting out of hand.

The Jurors were also taking Notes, Smiling during parts where it was Proven that Things said by CW Witnesses were Lies... I have High Hopes that the Jurors are on the SAME EXACT PAGE as us in Believing Karen isn't just NOT GUILTY, BUT INNOCENT. As in, she had NOTHING to do w/ John's Death.
In Fact, I've come to the Conclusion that they were initially going to try to pin John's Death on Lucky, to make it look like John got Hit by a Plow, but that Ship Sunk when Karen Woke up, got on the Phone & then immediately got in her Car to start looking for him... & that's when Blaming Karen was Birthed.
It's sickening to think about what was done to Karen that she's never really had a Chance to Grieve John, but to think that it could've been Lucky in Karen's Shoes is unconscionable!!

I think the dog, Chloe, attacked JO protecting it's owner. Dog's are extremely territorial of its owners and we know this dog was aggressive to start with! Ive never seen any car accident patients without injuries to the body. If his arm took the full impact, there would be serious trauma to his elbow, shoulder, and wrist, all the bony prominences. There would be broken bones with severe bruising. I don't now and will never believe that JO was hit by a 7000 pound car in the arm and thrown 30 feet causing a skull fraction!
