Take plenty of tyres the country you are going into is a tyre killer between stake bush and gibba you will loose sidewalls often . Last time i was out that way I went through 8 tyres in 2 weeks I would suggest getting solid rims with rubber blocks bolted on terrible ride but better than getting stranded . Turner engineering are fantastic last time i got parts head ect I received the parts in a week and hundreds $ cheaper than anyone else . Just put a 300tdi into the series it makes life so much easier and if you are rebuilding the original motor torque every bolt and nut and permatex and lube the seals and you should have no leaks .
