The Creation and Evolution of a Monster, a Beast, a Machine. I'm far more inspired by Max than any grown man lifting. This kid putting in the work is a prime example of No excuses. I was sitting on my ass night and day playing video games when I was 11 years old. I'm 24 now, and this is showing me it's time for me to get a move on and get back to business
The best thing for max training the big 3 would be to train as if he were competing in IPF. His form would be amazing. And doing the movement more strict, will be safer on the joints/tendons while going for max effort.
That's insane to me. You must mean untrained out of shape guys. When someone abuses their body and treats it badly their strength goes WAY WAY down, as I know from experience, and I have elite genetics. In my 20s I didn't work out and drank heavily constantly, junk food every day, some drugs, and laid around all the time and didn't move at all at my desk job. I couldn't have done much worse to my body. I'm a natural athlete, and was benching 260 in 9th grade, 315 in 10th at 170, 405 bench and 655 deadlift at 18, and my numbers and muscle mass have always been insane naturally, and have been accused of steroids. Bench was best lift after the abuse. I was 225 ALL FAT, and benched 135 pounds 7 times the first day back after abusing myself, it was sad. I could not even squat 135 once from sitting around all the time, that was my worst lift I think. I could not even move myself on the pull up. I had to take all the weight off my body and an assisted pull up to do a pull up. Was curling like 25 pound dumbells the first day for a few reps, and it was very hard. Lat pull down like 120 for a couple reps. The bench was my best, but in other lifts there were women stronger than me. That said, I used it to motivate me and went from the weakest person the gym to the strongest in the gym within 2 years, and if you saw the pictures of my transformation you'd believe it. I was hitting the whole stack of 300 on lat pull down, and was benching 315 for reps a year in half later, maybe 2 at the most. I have been asked about juice again, so that's back from high school talk, which I hate since I never would do that, as weight lifting is about HEALTH more than anything. In my early 40's though and I'm bigger and stronger than most juicers at any age, easily. I always thought 40 was young and still feel relatively close to my prime, but everything feels far far better than I did when abusing myself in the 20s. I don't like to say my current numbers, as most will think I'm bragging and juicing. I'm still surprised about your friends not being able to do it once. The goal for me is to still be that strong and jacked at 60 and later, that's when it's impressive. Max is an absolute beast and I have no doubt he could break records in the future. Max is a complete animal, and has one of the best trainers around, his dad. Sorry about the long story, but this abuse in my 20's was a personal thing I went through, and you telling me about your friends struggling with light weight reminded me about the worst part of my life, and how out of shape I was. I could not jog a quarter mile at like a walking speed without not being able to breathe and my heart rate close to it's max.
@@grammarofficerkrupke4398 That does seem very low? Not even once? I understand people are really out of shape especially in the US, but that seems crazy low. I told a long story about myself below, so I know how bad it can get, even for someone with really really good genetics. I feel like being fat would help get their bench up a little. I also know how weak a person is when they're extremely unhealthy and don't work out at all. 65kgs is just so low though, but I guess I can believe it. Eddies son has top tier genetics, and is only 11, no puberty. Good for him, a beast with the best trainer, his dad.
@@billj4525 Well, I'd agreed that most obese men could probably push 65 kg or more but that's because of the muscle training they get from lifting around all that fat. My comment wasn't meant for the US demographic. And when I say most, I mean just over 50%. Most non obese untrained adult males can't push 65 kg in bench press, not even once. I've been a personal trainer for 15 years and most of my clients were complete beginners when they started.
maximus im going to tell that my litle brother the same age as you curently is being lazy and not as productive so hope you continue it as much as posible
I started working out when I was 13 and about 6'1 180 and I got a 225 bench before I turned 14 but I believe you might be doing way more than 225 for a one rep max when you're 13
My nephew squats 470lbs bench presses 290lbs and deadlifts 385lbs and he is only 14 years old. This kids numbers are very similar to his when he was 11 years old.
I've met a kid who had similar lifts at that age I even coached him for a while years back but how is he squatting 20% more than his deadlift? Does he have short arms?
Wow your nephew is beastly for that age. I was benching 260 at 14, and 315 at 15, or very close to 16 though. I was 170 at 15 turning 16, and 150 in 9th grade at 14. What does your nephew weigh squatting that much? I was always naturally strong like Eddies son and your nephew. Never in my life took steroids, but stronger and more muscular in my 40s than I have ever been by far. I have heard the steroids stuff about me online many many times, and some people are rude enough to say it in purpose believe it or not if your'ea jacked enough. I don't even like to tell my current numbers as people think I'm bragging and a rude person might bring up steroids, which I hate, and would never use, since the main point of lifting is health benefits and steroids ruin that. At 11 I was probably similar too, but didn't train very seriously, so things like deadlift and squat his son had me by a lot in. Things like bench and shoulder press I could do what Eddies son could do at 11, maybe a bit more, but I only loosely remember screwing around and benching 135 for a few reps in 6th grade, and I may been 12, not sure. Max is good at every lift though, no weaknesses and is getting better over time. I think his son has good chances of breaking records in the future. He's a beast with the best strength coach around.
They need to be correcting his form. His ankle comes up massively on deads. His hand position on bench is poor and on lats he’s not controlling the negative at all. All in all a very impressive young man
Wow you must have been a smaller 16 year old. I was benching 315 at 16 and had been benching for several years already. I was 5 8 170 ripped. I have amazing genetics for muscle and strength. Kids vary a ton at that age though. Some kids grow a ton after that and are just smaller 16 year olds. 95 still seems surprising to me. What did you weigh? I literally thought I was a monster at 16, and I was the strongest in my school already, but you make a ton of gains between 16 and 18 and after that. Gradual gains your whole life if you keep working. You must have just been on the smaller end of 16, and you never lifted before either.
