Thanks Miss Caroline and Mr Jason,of a beautiful home tour,don't be afraid to examine every nook and cranny,imagine yourself writing the cheque you want to know everything.Whilst these tours are tasters for your clients for those viewing remotely they want a more hearty introduction,not a full meal,but a little more than a vol au vent and champers.I did like your noting of the kitchen cupboards and detailing of the craftsmanship and architecture,that little sitting area off the kitchen was carefully and beautifully thought of and crafted,which is just lighting the way to a truly beautiful home.You have the talent and ability to really show splendid homes do not be afraid to allow that talent to show through,you seem reluctant to allow this talent to shine,all I can say is SHINE!
Whilst I will never have the money for such a wonderful home,all I do is maintain homes like this in London(UK)here,I just direct my bosses to look in on great videos like yours when they are looking.So keep bringing great homes to the CZcams waves with all your verve which we all enjoy.
Definitely the most helpful comment I've seen. I agree, I wish these videos spent some more time taking sweeping shots of all the rooms including the nooks and crannies. It helps viewers have a more immersive experience, and you really get to enjoy the house as it was meant to be seen - because they walk through the house so fast sometimes we miss some of the gorgeous details in these very expensive homes. As this is the luxury market, every detail was crafted to be beautiful as well as functional - so dont be afraid to show viewers!

Don’t change anything you’re doing a perfect job
She needs to change her camera man.
The camera man was staying too close to Caroline, and small things like the drawers she opened(why?). We don't get a good look of every room and the interior. How you gonna sell a house if only spent like 2 seconds at every room?
Yeah it forces the videographer to make erratic movements to track her. A wider take (3/4 body minimum) would really even out the flow of the video and would allow her to move around freely. Also force Caroline to address the camera from the best field of view for each room and not the other way around. From that viewpoint she can direct the camera's attention.

Beautiful house but the dressing room/closet of the master suite seems very small which was somewhat surprising considering the size of the lot.

I thought it was against the law to ask for proof of funds before looking at a home? That's like going to buy a car and before you test drive you're asked for proof of funds. That is unlawful. Can you clear that up for me please?
You don't have to show proof of funds until you have made an offer on a property. However, some estate agents may ask to see it earlier. It may be a little rude, but it is not illegal. When you’re dealing with extremely expensive properties, agents don’t want to waste their time and you shouldn’t either. Also, try walking in a Ferrari dealership and see if they let unserious buyers test drive a vehicle.
