Ipsy is usually really good about taking care of there mistakes, and they answer you back very fast , i always go through the glam bot, and do it that way and with in sometimes 10 to15 minutes, or a couple of hours they have done answered me back , and they always are fast at resolving the issue, so I don’t care to stay subscribed to ipsy because if something is wrong with my box they are fast to resend to resolve the issue
With Ipsy, you gotta get them when they launch because the second and third iterations go down in value significantly. I don't buy unless the bag really wows me because most of the time, the items inside were disappointments.

I LOVE Tresluce! I have 5 of their eye shadow palettes, a mascara, a highlighter palette and several lip products. I am very sad they have discontinued this line.
It's not closed...she's wrong....and I love them too?...I love that Double ended concealer brush..it's the only one I use now.....but I'll try anything from them

Wow, they are constantly trying to pull a fast one. Do they think they can get travel sized items past you & you wouldn't notice?🙄 I bought a Huda Lip liner a year ago & it's the same shade as my natural lip color, love her stuff! Just bought the Huda Beauty Faux Filter Corrector in the shade Cherry Blossom 🌸 & it works so well at evening out discoloration around the eye area & then you add your concealer on top. Blends perfectly, couldn't be happier with my purchase. I have a feeling this product will become a new staple in my routine ❤ save your money & quit getting these mystery bags, get something else instead 😉

I understand they are a mystery so I'm fine with the unknown/gamble of that and I'm fine with them trying to get rid of items they have leftover and that is what we should expect from these but what makes me mad is when they promise a value and don't deliver. I had one of the $30 ones recently that was $80 less than they said (I took a screen shot when I bought it) so I complained and I got a refund. I also think these should cost less because you don't get to choose any.
I feel like ipsy has been on a epic fail since the Gwen Stefani Icon Box. how do you go from getting A Face Wand valued at $98 and literally a whole makeup set. You had a nice all day stay gloss (trust me it really is all day strong. I had it knocked over by accident on my leg and a pretty good size amount pooled on up upper thigh snd I literally wiped it about a minute later and it stained so bad it took me until the next night to fully get it off😂😂)😊... But anyway, a lotion and cleanser, primer and foundation, a eyeliner and make up brush, mascara, FULL EYESHADOW PALETTE and a perfume... Or something similar..
BUT SINCE THEN MY BAGS AND BOXES LITERALLY CONSIST OF LITTLE TUBE OF LOTION, A FACE MASK, A LIP LINER AND 1 BRUSH FOR EYES and a tiny EYESHADOW SMH IF IT WASNT FOR MY CHOICES ID HAVE GOTTEN A CHANGE LOTION BAG NOT A MAKEUP ONE.
FYI I FEEL LIKE I GET BETTER BAGS OFF A MERCHANT ON AMAZON THAT SENDS YOU 10 FULL SIZE PRODUCTS AND A THROWBACK GLAM BAG.. I EVEN GOT THE TETRIS BAG AND LIPSTICK LAST TIME. AND You NEVER GET ANY DUPLICATES AND ALL FOR $21 AND THATS WIRH THE $2.99 I PAY FOR OVERNIGHT DELIVERY BY 4AM.. I've gotten about 20 now. Just put in Ipsy bag in the search area on Amazon

This is exactly why I cancelled my subscription--they are trying to be sneaky with travel size items and using sheet masks, lip glosses and eye liners as the full size items-It just wasn't worth it anymore. So sorry you had this experience too-
I just subscribed to IPSY in May and am already thinking of cancelling. I’d rather spend my money with ALLURE.

Oh, that is so WRONG IPSY. 😡😡 This is the reason that I canceled my Ipsy subscription. I am so sorry that you got ripped off. I can't believe they keep doing stuff like this to ppl. That is just WRONG. Good luck with getting a full sized product replacement.

That bag looks like the one they did for May one year for mother's day! Not the best bag at all. Good luck w Ipsy! I got a mystery bag recently and it was missing an item and all they'd did was credit me some. Plus it had a card w two hair clips too as one item. I liked those tho and needed so happy for them. I loved the puffy colored bag tho so I lived with it!
Blah I'm sorry. I bought a Halloween bag once and loved the cute over-sized bag but it was full of crappy samples so I haven't bought extra again.

That was a terrible bag. Ipsy knew what they were doing 2 face mask and a sample product. A total waist. I'm so sorry $32 plus the $1.99 fee that is a glam bag not worth more than $15.
