Hi Chuck and Paige… loved the video and the food looked so yummy! My grandma (Po po) came over from Guangdong, China to Hawaii. My grandpa is of Polynesian (Hawaiian, Māori, and French Polynesian . My grandma was a great cook and island food is also yum. But my husband kept telling me over the years how great Thai food is because he lived in Thailand. Now, I will learn to cook Thai food! I am in my husbands home state NC and here, it’s about BBQ , grits, and liver mush! Look forward to more of your videos so I can learn to cook Thai food…♥️

Chuck you had my mouth watering. It's the end of the weekend here and it's been a wet week with more to come soon in Los Angeles. Traditionally in my house I do all the griilin and smoken.
With your exposure to and seem to like Mexican food. I'm sure you see a lot of the similarities of many Asian foods and Mexican foods. Mostly Thai and Korean. That marinade had me going but the kicker was the roasting tomatoes and green onions put together with the cilantro was too much 😭
If I wanted to I could make to the local taco truck I suppose. But it's late Sunday and I already had dinner 🥺 Curse you Chuck 😤
