Charlie Lonnit, easily one of my favorite characters of series one but probably the only one who all of his ways to die are the most brutal.

Charlie Lonnit is my favorite character by far in The Devil In Me he's so cool and his actor is awesome he has this calm soothing legendary British accent. Also his leadership is underappreciated I think he did an excellent job of keeping the group together in this desperate state of survival they are in The Murder Castle. Someone edited the audio log (possibly the caretaker of the hotel) to make it seem like Charlie was involved and complicit. I cared most about having Charlie alive but he kept getting the most intense & brutal encounters so on lethal difficulty they are really hard to get through. I love him because he's got this wise professor vibe and energy to him and looks a bit like Johnny Cage from Mortal Kombat. I loved Paul Kaye in GOT and in The Devil In Me. He's such an excellent performer. His personality is definitely very intriguing. Interesting indeed.
I feel so bad for him because he means incredibly well but the others keep giving him extreme grief about everything. Usually the blame is pinned on him even if he has nothing to do with what just previously happened or they are backtalking him (like Kate & Mark or Jaime & Erin). Charlie is the most composed protagonist in this game definitely someone you'd want on your side. Such a heartwarming and a misunderstood person. This tribute is as fit as a butcher's dog. Thank you for it. Charlie's speech is one of the highlights of this title it showed that he is a great positive spokesman, leader and cared a lot for his crew morale not breaking. But of course it depends on what decisions & routes you make. Easily the most influential person in this Dark Pictures Anthology entry and possibly the best one as well. Very charismatic, nice and badass.
