Worst thing about spraying water on a hot litter pile is that it might make for the conditions for even more spontaneous combustion even more likely. I hope y'all don't have any more trouble. Discbines hitting rocks definitely throw sparks, I've had it happen to me, and even seen sparks when cutting late at night. Pay attention to the litter pile every day! 👍👍

Hey there, I'm a new subscriber, I've been mainly watching your hay videos so far. I have a Case version of your 630 and was wondering how you use yours. Mainly what your typical PTO rpm is when baling and if you slow your PTO speed down when ejecting a bale. I was told I didn't have to, but I do because the door flys open and makes an awful noise and shakes if I don't. Also do you ever have the door open about a foot and stop? I have to try to close the door for a second then open again. Wondering if you or anyone had any ideas why it would do that. Not oversized bales or noticeably lop-sided. Thanks

What you’re describing is a perfectly normal function I usually run mine PTO speed all the time when the door opens the sound it’s making is the lock mechanism unlatching and then the cylinder has to flip the other way that’s why your door comes open and then has to goes up mine does exactly the same thing I have a lot of videos with the 630 Baler as we made 934 bales this spring with it It would’ve been in well over 1100 if we had baled everything with this baler
