In game 1, The white forest player didn't discard as cost for hugin. Also, Traptrix extra deck monsters being unaffected by trap effects is in itself an effect. This means if skill drain is on the field when one of those extra deck monsters is summoned, the unaffected effect is negated. Vice versa, if skill drain is flipped while a Traptrix extra deck monster is already on the field, that monster is unaffected while it remains on the field.
