If one of your cactus got infested by mites then you have to spray pesticide on all of your plants, you can't keep other plants safe by moving the infested one aside. Mites can travel with your clothing.
If you use chemical pesticide then I will suggest you to use O- Mite pesticide if they sell at your stores, that one is the best. O- Mite pesticide use in the tea gardens.

@@kericactus1877 yeah they are hard to control, usually rose bush attract them more than any other plants. I dealt with this pest when I had rose bushes & I had some cactus in Bangladesh, now I have been living in the California, USA. I am trying to have some cactus for myself again. Thanks

You have a nice variety of cacti. I am growing some Gymno and Astros from seeds indoors under lights on reptile heat pads. I have the same greenhouse. My greenhouse has the clear plastic cover and i put shade cloth on the frame. I had a smaller greenhouse with the same covering as your greenhouse. after 2 years in the Australian sun it started to break down. The plastic went hard and crumbly. What fertilizer do you use? Your cacti are all so healthy.
