I'm from this town and I had no clue that, that house had slaves. And I'm literally slave/ genocide native American decent survivor family line.
I live fifteen minutes walk away from it and I thought it was some kind of museum but I'm like aw man. This entire time the reason Wilmington is so backwards after moving to Washington I found out I was backwards from from growing up censored lifestyle of barley going outside due to downtown area shootings.
Now I'm as you say reeducated to the modern world that I find out Wilmington was a Major confederate port town for most traffic during the war.
They celebrate the fort there but they never educated us as to "what the fuck are we celebrating"
Oh get over it!!! You obviously don’t even know you’re real history of you’re own savage people. Native Americans also owned black slaves, and were in fact the last group of ppl to be forced to free their slaves after the Civil War. Also, the very first LEGAL Slave owner in the US was a free black man named Anthony Johnson from Virginia. Look it up you might learn something. In fact, at one point in history, down in Louisiana, there were more black slave owners who owned black slaves than white slave owners. In fact, the only ones allowed to vote back then were Men, who owned property. There were Black men who owned property who got to vote over a white man who didn’t own property! Also, don’t ever forget that you’re own savage Ancestors from Africa were in total control & ran the Atlantic slave trade. They would kidnap other tribes, and sell them off to others all around the world. The Indians ( India ), owned the most slaves back then. Even Brazil bought twice as many slaves than the “Evil” white American man did. But you should be thankful, and kissing our feet bc it was the Black African men who sold y’all off into slavery, But it was the WHITE American men who fought & died in the Civil War to free y’all un grateful savages. Why do I as i White southern woman know way more about the history of yore own people than you do? You need to go back to school. All y’all do is whine, suck off of our hard earned tax dollars, and contribute nothing but violence @ chaos to this amazing country! FBI data states that coloreds ( blacks ) make up only 13% of our population vs us whites who make up over 60%, but yet y’all commit over 53% of ALL violent crimes in the US. Y’all should’ve been rounded up and sent back to your sh*t hole Country in Africa to suffer Under yoyre own people again instead of us White Americans fighting a war to free y’all! It was again the US, the WHITE Americans who have yall Citizenship, education, welfare, ect. in which y’all NEVER earned. Y’all always complain about my amazing Country, and I can guarantee you that NO other race in America besides maybe Mexicans have no sympathy or support for y’all! If you hate us “evil whites” so much, why don’t you & your other colored ppl LEAVE? We’d love that and our Country would be much safer, we are DONE with listening to coloreds whine & always claim they are perpetual victims! Y’all better start thanking us whites bc everything y’all have ever been handed to you, was from us. And you better go tell you’re black friends that the Conservative Supreme Court is right now hearing arguments of people suing over you coloreds getting Affirmative Action, and Affirmative Action is unconstitutional, and it will be GONE for good here soon. So I suggest you coloreds actually start doing better in life, bc us whites are taking away the things like Affirmative Action that y’all don’t deserve! And YES, my family owned 800 black slaves once back in the day, and I am nothing but PROUD of them for actually working hard and achieving success and land that has been now passed down generations. I will NEVER apologize for my family who were smart, hard working people just bc they were slave owned, bc it was LEGAL back then! That was the rules in America, and y’all won’t ruin any more of our American history just bc you ppl are weak, and cars about your feelings over facts. NO MORE! Start getting ready to actually have to work hard joe that the handouts from us are being cut off soon.
