An den Landungsbrücken und in Richtung HafenCity, grüßte sie mit ihren beliebten, tiefen Schiffshornklängen die Elbphilharmonie Hamburg. Freuen Sie sich auf die wunderschönen Bilder, die bei diesem Ereignis entstanden sind.

You really should do this. And if it's only for three days. It's so amazing. She really is the Queen of the Sea.
The QM2 is the best ship in the world. Her design, her power plant and her overall luxuries make her the safest fastest and most decorative ship ever to be created. The Queen Mary was a great ship as well and when QM2 is no longer active or in use I hope that she'll become a museum herself the display the ship who's design is so state of the art, when QM3 it designed and built, technology those days will greatly enhance its performance. Good luck QM2, stay safe, keep above the waves, and when the time comes raise those stabilizers

Damn I forgot I wrote this. I was just in love with her at the time. I really hope I get to sail on her at least once.
1.) She's not the fastest ocean liner ever built. That title belongs to the SS. United States.
2.) She's also not the most decorative ship ever built. Her interior design is for sure outstanding compared to other cruise ships of today that are decorated like shopping mals, but she doesn't hold a candle in interior design compared to ocean liners of the past like the SS. Normandie, The Queen Mary and many others.
Don't get me wrong, she's the most beautiful ship operating today, but the original ocean liners of the past were in an entire different league.
I was at QM2 at that time and the voyage was like a dream.... Can't get into work today mentally after coming back ;(

At my last Visit in Hamburg, 3 Years ago I saw her in the Blohm&Voss Drydock for Refit and Repaint!

I hope the QM3 when it comes out after the old QM2 retires keeps the same design with the stern and with the bow how the bridge is on the top, it will still look like a true Ocean Liner.

Queen Mary 2 isn't for kids. She's a luxury liner for those with more mature tastes.
