This was, in my opinion, the biggest shift in Roberts personality and attitude. I don't think I ever heard Robert say anything much about Chrissie's personality or how wonderful she is past her money and looks. And he never said it about Aaron either, but now he is. And I don't think it's purely for the case, this is Robert we're talking about- he wouldn't say anything he didn't want to. And just honestly, this for me is better than an 'I love you' because he's explaining why he loves Aaron, which I believe is much more powerful. I CRY HELP PLS AHHHHHHHHH
First of all, Robert J Sugden how you brought a tears to my eyes tonight, by pretty much telling Aaron there and then that you wanted to be with him. Secondly,Chas you were brilliant and done Aaron proud. Thirdly Aaron, I'm so happy that your completely denouncing Gordon as your farther by changing your name to Dingle and the way that you reassured Chas, it was so beautiful. So all in all, Danny, Lucy and Ryan. As always an amazing performance from all of you. 😊 😘
Ryan hawley shows once again why he is the best young actor on the show. The emotion he shows with words and the tone of Ryan voice is a skill not many actors have.

I'm crying after that episode! Robert declared his love for Aaron in front a room full of strangers, the Dingles and Aaron himself! I'm so proud of him! Ryan Hawley was amazing in that moment - he really brought Robert's character development full circle - this time last year Robert was flat out denying who he was and now here he is speaking with conviction and compassion about the man he loves - Aaron looked quite overwhelmed by it all. And Aaron wants to change his name to Dingle at last but who knows? It's only a matter of time until he's Aaron Sugden 😉

And the Emmy, Oscar, Bammie goes to....Robert "Narcissist" Sugden--By far the best witness of the day. Chas was too consumed with emotion; Sandra was inarticulate in relating her inner intuition and gut sense about the abuse and Liv, well Liv is a child, petulant, unpredictable and unreliable
