Disco Fries....Meanwhile in Canada Fries Montreal Smoked meat, Dark beef dripping gravy, Cheese curds Or Smoky cheddar Mushrooms onions Pulled pork soaked in a South Carolina vinegar sauce....We in Canada call it a side order....for the last 40 years
