Haha, I installed the zipper with the teeth upside down so that when it was all sewn, the teeth were inside the bag, instead of outside. I had to remove the handle and turn the bag inside out, and use the lining as the outside. It still looks great! Excellent instructions- I will know to pay attention in the future to the direction of the zipper teeth ;) I have 17 grandchildren so have made 1/17. Second is in progress. Thank you!
Now I’ve made 3/17 :) Zipper teeth on the correct side this time. It is clear in the video, I just missed it. The third one is perfect - the fleece is necessary.

Thank you for a very clever variation on a similar pouch I made.
I love the way these pouches open up to show the entire contents. 🙂
I will change one small part of your construction method however. Zipper tape is very prone to fraying so it's a really good idea to sew a Iine of straight stitches parallel to the edge about 6mm (¼") in on the sections of the curves so you can safely clip into it without cutting the stitches and reduce the chances of your zip tape fraying or stretching in use. I do the same on handbag gussets too.

Can you make something like this but with a divide in the middle. I want to be able to keep my large and small binding clips together but not in the same pouch as the little ones will disappear under the big ones.

You can use a regular zipper. Thanks😄
The tip I saw about using a regular zipper is to put some hand stitches on the open end to keep it closed. Since there isn't a second pull.
How did you determine the gusset size? Is it 2 pieces that are half the size of the center piece?

Creo que hay alguna medida que se debería de modificar o aclarar, en las piezas laterales das las mismas medidas de la tela, como de la adhesiva y sin embargo se ve que una es mayor que otra, para cual de ellas es la medida correcta????

What size zipper 3 or 5?
Both zipper sizes 3 and 5 are available. Instead, adjust the exposed width of the zipper to 1㎝(3/8″).😄🌻
