What happens if you leave just grass cuttings in garden waste bin for a year ? Will it turn into mushy water ?
Sounds good if only binmen pulled out brown bin and emptied it. My brown bin has been emptied twice since last October.
You're supposed to put it out on the correct collection day before 7am at the kerbside with handles facing the road
