How do you adjust the bitrate though? Often the bitrate is crazy high... like 700MG! I need it to be around 20-40MG

Generally yes. It's quite a universal format. But not sure about capcut mobile. Just try it I guess 😄

But .mov files are so big. Can we reduce the file size. I created a 4K animation and transparent but I can not send it anybody. Its too big.
Nah this is just how it works. When you decide to include transparency, you're essentially choosing to store 10x more data. You might get away with exporting your video as a png sequence but people on the other end will need to interpolate the png sequence as a video. This way it's possible to reduce the overall file size but you're sacrificing the ease of use and there will be no sound incuded with it. So choose your poison 😄

If you export a transparent video there isn't an easy way to decrease the size since you're adding another layer of complexity to the file (transparency). However for regular videos you can just decrease the bitrate

CZcams doesn't allow to upload transparent videos. Well it kinda does but the background will just be black. I have a tutorial for best render settings for youtube on my channel. So if you're interested watch that vid
hey, um i have a question
uh like i want to make a video that is transparent
but not only export, i want it to play on background like a picture in picture thing
among all the other transparent videos i tried, the microsoft edge picture in picture always shows the "black" screen as "background" rather than the only part i want to see as background
you can imagine as i want a transparent fight scene to be continued on my screen (i have that transparent figth scene but when i play it in "picture in picture" of microsoft edge, it shows the "black screen" behind their fights rather than my pc screen)
please help
Generally broswers don't support transparent videos. You would need to edit your two videos into one and playback that way

Can't do much about it. Alpha channel (transparency) requires a lot more data to be stored. You can try decreasing the quality but that's about it.

for websites I recommend exporting videos as gifs
but to answer your question - no it probably won't
