To lose weight I'd advise looking into a carb cycling diet. It basically overclocks and manipulates your metabolism to absolutely run through fat cells. However, it is a very strict diet so if you don't have money or time then it'll get bland really fast. If you want to swap out muscle eat strictly protein like substances and work out (calisthenics is a good at home routine). Calorie defecits will do nothing to your fat percentage and will only decrease your weight if you are purely eating garbage.
All I'm saying is a 'diet' is typically a misinformed hamartia. But a strict belief in a deficit is also a hamartia for some.
Idk, not sure if you can cook but... weight loss and health starts in the kitchen. And when you can afford and learn how to cook, you can eat so much more and make it still as tasty as your easy access takeouts or quick-foods.
    Fun vods though, definitely subscribed.

Thank you so much for the advice! Never thought I'd see that come from a VOD haha, much love for watching those.
It's something I started last Monday as you might have heard, and it's been working well for me so far. Down around 5 pounds at this point. I definitely need to work in some exercise, and I'd like to swap fat out for muscle. I've been eating better too, which likely has been helping. I just know that I'd get way too tired from overeating and it was time to lose weight anyway.
For example I had a salad with chicken and cheese today which was filling and nutritious, rather than a huge bowl of pasta from the day before. I'm more comfortable with hunger, and I need less to feel satiated. I unfortunately injured my back recently, so I've been light on the movement side of things. But when I'm healed up, I'll be ready to get at it.
Hope to see you in the lives sometime, and have a great day!
