    I’ve been practicing between and behind the legs so I can gain confidence to play Basketball at the gym with others

      Best way to get better at between the legs is walking the dog which is just walking around while dribbling between the legs

      Honestly just be a smart passer and able to make some shots and people will want you on their team.

    My biggest thing always been that im hesitant to get on a court and feel like im taking up space or if someone invites me to a game and I play bad they get mad. But one day someone told me real ballers want to see other people get better too and as long as you put in true effort anyone who gets upset is just either not a real baller or is going through things in his life to make him like that and you shouldn’t mind it.
    It really helped me be able to just get on a court and play and get better. Most of the times I’m practicing alone but just the feeling of knowing that if I do end up getting into a game im not gonna be afraid or let it keep me from being on the court all together.
    I’m practicing again after years of inactivity. I was never really that good but I would get a lot of games in and it was the best feeling. My dads sick so the exercise really helps me. If you’re going through the same as me I hope you overcome it. I also hope to come back in a month or two to report back on how these tips helped. Thanks OP.

    Damn I remember watching these type of videos when I was 7 thinking I would be crossing everyone at school up and now I am cooking up grown men and top players at parks.

    Hi can anyone please tell me how to improve in the sport I have tried everything but I feel I am very stagnant I have no improvement I’m thinking of quitting but my heart cannot because my love for the basketball I used to be in the first 5 in my school team but then I got anemia and I lost the touch from basketball for approximately 1 year and now I sit at bench I have lost my jersey number everything feels so very out of place please someone help me

      I only do like 2 hours a week… I actually have my week filled with stuff so I can’t go out, I go out for like 2 hours on the weekends but I still need to work 😢

    We played our first basketball game and we lost by 2 points and coach say go on CZcams and go learn how to play basketball 😂

    Despite the fact that i've been watching you for a while, still i absolutely hate this sport, mainly because im ass at it (im one of the last chosen for teams at school bc well im bad lets be honest) and even if i improve a bit im still gonna just wandering around the whole game until the end of pe class. So yea, ur content is great, still basketball is my least favourite sport

      I used to have that problem, but you just have to take 10 minutes to repeat a shot or dribble combo, then add it into your personal practice.
