Yogic insights foundation was found for the soul purpose of making the world to comprehend, contemplate and adapt spirituality in its ultimate sense. Our objective is served majorly by connecting with the world through the foundation’s youtube channel, which is “Yogic Insights”. Which broadcasts the spiritual discourses, motivation speeches, insights of yogic practices of India, announcements of “Vasiyogam” classes, etc.
The objective of our rare and precious life, in this universe is not simply to live ignorantly, wrongly believing that worldly life of birth, growth, reproduction and death is its ultimate, without realizing the vast and limitless possibilities; and abilities of the human form of life. The entire human race contained in an eternal substance in its perishable physical form, which is the body, and serves as the driving force manifesting every phenomena of the life. Enabling the access to this eternal substance and realizing it to its ultimate nature, is termed in plethora of ways such as enlightenment, self-realization, attainment of wisdom, opening of the third eye, awakening of kundalini, opening of the agni-nethram, etc., and this process is the only noble path to end the cycles of birth and death of human form. To everybody’s surprise, the universe has been offering the opportunities to attain this summit of human form but the lives that fail to grasp them get themselves trapped in the cycles of birth and death; and suffer the afflictions forever. The Siddhas, yogis, sages and maha-purushas, who have walked upon this earth, have implicitly transmitted the sacred, noble and rare methods of enlightenment to this world through their meritorious noble disciples. In addition, these noble disciples have attained their meritocracy to receive them from their masters by proving their virtues to their master while living with them and serving them for the great number of years. Among the plethora of methods graced upon human race for the purpose of enlightenment, the one “VASIYOGAM” is unique, noble, and quickest method for enlightenment. The yogic insights foundation is thoroughly dedicated to transmit this rare liberative art of “VASIYOGAM” to the human race, driven by the grace of “brammashree thavaththiru thiruchitrambala Swamigal”.

Guruji I used to meditate daily 4 to 5 am .in a few weeks i saw purple colour movment is opening third eye without a guru is dangerous or not ,now I stopped meditation.
As I know it's dangerous coz you will travel to outer world ,and you should know to return back.
