To be fair, it DOES get STAB which is a 1.5x boost. Does it really need a 1.2x boost ontop of that?

@@dubhedubheit really should bc primarina does not need liquid voice at all. Hyper voice is equal to sparkling aria damage wise and both r sound moves

You actually don't have to, base 126 Sp Atk is alot high (Dragapult has base 100 SpAtk)
I am just doing it everytime because I am doing a showcase of it's full potential
(Don't copy my steps that I do in video lol)
