its a vemomous snake having nerotixin venom so be careful and contact the hospital immediately if bite occurs.
Sarpmitra Anand and Nirzara Chitti are the snake rescuers from Belgaum Karnataka. this couple has rescued more than 18000 snakes till date.

Both Nirzara and Anand are skillful, no doubt about it, I respect them for their work. However, they do not use hook for handling snakes. They always use a small cloth bag which requires to be opened by one hand whilst having snake in other hand. They can use a bag that has a metal ring at its opening to keep its mouth open, this type of bag is used by many snake handlers and it further reduces a risk of snakebite.
We want people like Nirzara and Anand to do their great work of helping people but with minimum risk..

Anand & Nirjara ji. We all respect your skill, expertise and passion for Snake rescue. But my humble request is please please..... use proper safety equipment like snake protection gloves, boots and stick with hook. Most of the time we see ordinary stick being used and no safety shoes or gloves.
