it needs to be more rewarding because its unfair majin 21 players gotta get 4 steals and just to do her lvl3 there a easier way to get a lvl3 just use her sweet tooth but if u do that u need 6 bars to do her lvl3 and worst part is its way too slow and the only character that’s help her with that lvl3 is base vegeta c assist and ginyu b assist can they at least make it more faster in a combo that will be actually alot more rewarding
It's new for the normal Majin Android 21, she could already do this in the story mode when she the Evil 21 absorbed Cell during the Android 21 arc.
