INDReA (Interactive Digital Reality Application) at the Department of Design, IIT Hyderabad, is a pioneering lab that fosters innovation and exploration. Our vision is to create an inclusive space where students, researchers, and industry professionals converge to address real-world challenges with creativity and ingenuity. Our research spans cutting-edge areas such as Virtual and Augmented Reality Design, Tangible Interactions, Haptics, Emotions in Design, Rapid Prototyping, Design Neurocognition, and Rural Development. By integrating these diverse fields, we aim to drive meaningful contributions to society, enhancing technological advancement and human experience.
