So i suppose you build him similar to all the "bruiser/tank" junglers right? Trinity into HS into Hydra (and the rest situationals).
From drafting perspective, do you suggest something specific to look before we pick him?

if your team has a hypercarry and enemy team doesn't have an easy way to get an anti shield item, thats the best time to pick Shen

Yes from my experience
Yeah. His abilities have a longer cool down than average, so that 15% reduction really helps his early fights before he farms enough ability haste
