hiiii!! In this video I unbox some cute & aesthetic new accessories for my iPad pro 2020 11" and also customize my iOS14 home screen on my iPad (so it's basically a digital customize with me)! I can’t be the only person who’s only jealous of the amazing placed window by the desk. I want that, imagine when it’s raining.. god..
I have one and it does get awkward sometimes since people can see you from the street lol. I live in front of a river (which is like 10-15m) across the road and there are private park lands for residents. It looks gorgeous all year round as I can watch the weather but since people like to enjoy the stream for a walk I often have people who can see into my home and watch me suffer doing homework T-T It gets freezing and really hot real quick to because of the glass and I feel like my skin will be so wrinkly come my 50's but hey.

HER SCISSORS ARE SOOO CUTE OMGGG
PLEASE NOTE!!! If you get a paperlike screen protector the nibs on your apple pencil WILL degrade much quicker! For those of you expecting to use it for art purposes, I definitely recommend just making the adjustment to the tempered glass ones. It'll save you money and prevent you from damaging your screen protector when it inevitably rubs your pencil tip down to the metal. Use a fingerless glove cut to the size of an artists glove on top of an artists glove if you're craving a tactile feeling. (This is what I did and it works wonders!!!)
Also from what I've heard the paperlike screen protectors don't have quite as much drop protection, so keep this in mind as well!
for me i think the trade off is worth it. replacement nibs cost $20 for a pack of 4 and i’ve gone 4 months so far without any noticeable degradation, and i use it everyday, for school and art, quite heavily. If it even lasts for another couple months, thats only 2 nib replacement every year. some people are more heavy handed than others so it might degrade faster for them, but its all up to personal preference and how you use it.
but tbf im using a different $10 screen protector from amazon (surprisingly great quality). i havent tried paperlike yet, so maybe it does degrade the pencil tip faster than others. the tip itself is pretty thick, too, it would start to feel scratchy long before it reaches the metal. its meant to be periodically replaced with or without the screen protector
