I love Pier 21 in Terminal 21 and China Town (though most of the food places there are local Thai, not really Chinese). The Soi Silom Food Court is amazing too,
Wonderful videos. I am planning to visit Bangkok next month and just wondering where and what is a good place to do currencies exchange. Your reply back is greatly appreciated.
Thanks Alan, i would avoid exchanging at exchanges at the airport as they have poor rates, Some banks ATM have decent rates but you are charged 220 baht per withdrawal. Best exchange with good rates is SuperRich, they have quite a few branches in Bangkok
Love your content! As a fellow expat, and a voice actor, if you'd like I'd be happy to be the voice of your channel so that you can continue pumping out quality videos on a topic we both love
Drunk and smashed are the same thing. I've been there (drunk and smashed I mean). Additionally, been to Bangkok a few times, however later in life (My wife and myself are in our sixties).
You can ask tuktuk driver for dishes ordering like restaurant sittin siam low but with a tent not like in a building. Would like to see halfed cucumber, snake beans or one long and green phrik on a side 4 cornerd flag like plate. Phrik nam pla the chiles cutted in rings with only nam pla, very important, laab salad half warm quite recommendable, also green curry with gai and thai aubergines and famous soup sour with coconut and halfed stir fried gungs so called tom yam gung. May there are version with beef also or minced phet, duck.
Yes it is boat noodle, although they come with many variations in thailand, different meat and vegetabales, most will be cooked with blood as the soup base
The street food are concentrated in Soi 79 all the way to the Big C super market and most of them opens in the evenings, you can also find quite a few street food stalls outside the century plaza mall
I live in On Nut and the Chiang Mai Massage, The Tree massage on Soi 79 is cheap and great. For an more expensive and high class massage, try the Lets Relax Branch in Thong Lor, it also has a Japanese Onsen there, one of the best spa type experience there
Informative video mate but for crying out loud, please stop adding “s” to everything unnecessarily. “Street food” can both be singular and plural. Likewise for “fruit”.
Hi, I think you are talking about the Ratchada Rot Fai Market? Which was next to a MRT, but the market in this video, the Srinakarin Rot Fai Market is not near a BTS/MRT. Thanks

Khao San Road is great and its fun for everyone, its not as good in terms of partying now in comparison to before covid
