I know the price is high and people are rightfully angry about it, but I can’t understand the amount of hate the design is getting. It’s a beautiful design that I cannot wait to see in action next season.

Honestly, i like the design on this kit. Idk why people were hating on it. They always seem to do that.
The first Liverpool shirt I ever bought was under £30, lasted two seasons and if I recall, was made in England.
I understand the business - a manufacturer's product, licensed by the club but for Liverpool to blame Nike, is a bit of a cop out. They signed the contract and could have taken less money up front.

I think the design is great
The kit looks great. The "stadium" version (as you showed) that isn't in the expensive Nike dri-FIT "ADV" material and is "cheaper" - albeit still £60/£80 versus £100/£125 for the "match/player" kit version, which is crazy and frankly nobody needs (not even the actual players!)!

I don't know about the collar but you didn't pull it down which must be more comfortable than I thought... but I really liked GK Black Kit. The pricing on the markup is obviously high. Coincidentally, UPS is union unlke FEDEX which don't have union workers. I used to buy shirts but I stopped during Nike era due to limited space in the closet.
Id like to see someone cut the the collar on the end and see how it looks. I dont like how the collar is attached to the shirt just on the end. Hoping Harvey or someone does something like this so i can see how it works .. I’ll probably be doing it myself and hemming up the seams
I love it bar the collar 😍 think it's the best Nike home kit and best home kit since 17/18. 8/10 atleast it's got character and design and not a plain red shirt. Could've been an all timer with a regular collar though.
The 20/21 home kit is still the best for me. This kit with the gold pl winners badge would have looked so good....oh well
The collar is the main feature of this shirt. Looks unique, nice shift from the regular, boring round or v-neck. This will stand out,..I love it,.. YNWA 💪🏾‼️

☆Red & Gold looks nice on u mate. Golden/yellow liverbird emblem over the heart position, is a huge good luck symbol.
Red & gold/yellow has been considered very lucky as per eastern yogi hindu & buddhist & also western druid & christian traditions for centuries.
As per feng shui & karmic expert's, red & green clash causing bad luck.
But red & gold are very lucky.
LFC shud remove the green from its emblem as LFC have won only 1 title in 35 seasons since it was introduced by a designer, whose favourite team is Celtic. LFC are his 2nd team as per the ESPN article.
This shirt will be more successful.
Next yrs addidas top will be even luckier as they will bring back the lucky odd numbered pin stripes (eg 5 or 7 or 9 or 11 pin stripes) - of LFCs greatest treble winning team in Paisleys era (i.e Sir Kenny, Souness & Rush team). It also helped Klopp win his only EPL title.
Also, the kop used to sing a christian hymn start of every game during those great Paisley years.
Bring that lucky tradition back too. It only takes about 27 seconds to sing one verse or a Sanatana mantra, at or just after the kick off.

personally, i don't like the collar. i wish it was a collar like a polo shirt or a regular collar like on a t-shirt. and it's just too expensive. whether that is on nike or LFC doesn't change the fact that paying $90 for a t-shirt...i just can't justify it for something i don't find all that attractive. i am glad that nike is out next season. i look forward to what adidas offers.

tbh... Nike is my favourtie brand out of all of them, but for football kits they theyre not my #1. They dont pay too much attention on "SOCCER" kits since theyre from America.

🤮 never liked collars on football shirts plus at £80 a pop for an adult shirt is shocking. £125 with badges. Liverpool brought Nike in so they are responsible. Maybe they realise they're not as successful as Adidas that's why they are going back (Thankfully).

Football shirts are a rip off generally. I'm not a fan of the new kit. For 80 notes I'd expect the collar and the front of the shirt to look like they fitted together properly. You could see it crinkling up on the players against wolves. Good news that Nike are finally being shown the door.
It’s collar, it should have been a regular v neck instead of, i duno what that is, it just looks strange. No wonder we are going back to Adidas, there kits are unreal, all modernised versions of retro designs, United and Arsenal have had some great looking kits these past couple of years, Nike have missed on every kit with us

Collar makes it horrid pin stripes are an effort by Nike and I highly doubt silverware will be lifted in this one going to be another long while before we see a premier league trophy in any shirt team needs a sort out first.
