The Felix the Cat toys I took out and put back in twice. But, in the end there was something about it I just liked, so i kept it in :)

Neither was I … apparently hitting pedestrians was quite common at the time so they put the scoop on so that no actual injury would be done in case of an accident 🤷🏼♂️
LOL my first thought was why are we not putting these on cars now? However after my brain fired up I realized how useless these would be today at the speeds cars can do compared to back then!
