Nice review. I agree with you 100% on the quality, reliability, and longevity of the PNW posts (we run Cascades). And servicing is simple enough that there's no reason not to refresh the grease a couple time a year (just in case). I'm running a Reverb that's been trouble-free even not being serviced in four years of Coast Range mud. Totally weird actuation with the plunger - but it's staying put till it fails. Also using a Transfer that came stock on my most recent bike. Very nice unit. But after only a year - to soon for long-term impression. My Sweety Pie & I have run three PNW Cascade droppers. One I sold with a bike - after running it through the ringer for a couple of years, trouble-free. One's been on KB's squish-bike for at least that long - also trouble-free. Then she wanted a dropper on her hardtail. Didn't even shop around. Just went straight to PNW & another Cascade. It's some dang good stuff, Maynard!

Perfect timing for this video as I've been toying with the thought of a new dropper (need a longer one) and PNW was definitely on my list. Great review!

YOu do some really nice reviews. I like the grip on the shifter. I've been trying to consider a new dropper and like the new Rockshox but that fluid when you ride in the cold, it slows down tremendously. The cable seems to never have that issue.
I'm a new youtuber, sort of, and do most of my stuff in the western US. I need a dropper that can handle the cold. I like that you said its the best dropper you have run. It fast coming up and how fast does it drop down? Check out my channel if you wish. Thanks for the review on this dropper.
