May i ask you a question ? Why in kerala they dnt use rcc foundation ? Beams ? Pillers ? Etc For strong foundation ? Its strange ...why ? They build full house only on bricks!! Some time only on clay bricks too .. in south asia all countries have rainy seasons .. its better to build houses on rcc foundation no ? Please reply , explain me why like that ?

@@wahidreza4290 we do use rcc foundation, depends on soil type.
The first and foremost consideration while designing the foundation is the type of superstructure and the number for floors to be constructed.

Its better to provide jaalis in courtyards, balcony..

Thankyou, no. 1 disadvantage of concrete is heat gain, so even if we are opting concrete roof, cover it with sloping roof( truss work).even cooling sheets are available to use with truss roof.
Also there are many nature friendly materials that can reduce heat, indoor plants, proper placement of openings also helps.

Rcc recommended near paddy fields , water streams...example alleppy and Cochin low areas with flood issues..
Generally, in settled ,compressed soil areas with strong ground, no need of rcc...better check with a good experienced civil engineer / architect before taking decisions
