This neck warmer and hat is good for Toronto in the long winter.
I've never even heard of an I chord, so I learned something new. This will come in so much more handy than a magircle. Plus, this hat looks so much nicer. Am getting ready to start this hat now! Thanks so much!
I am so happy I found your videos! I can't wait to make the scoodie!!!

Loved the hat/neck warmer . Thanks :-)
I just completed this project for my mom-in-law's birthday gift. I absolutely LOVE it. My favorite part was learning the i-cord (eye-cord?). Cant wait to use that again. If not for your fantastic video instruction I would have never figured it out. Thank you for all of your clear and simple tutorials. I watch them whenever possible.
Your very welcome, thank you for watching

great tutorial...thankyou soooo much ..I love your videos!!
thank you, I love this design and you're an excellent teacher!
I love this video, Matter of fact all of your videos!
what a great idea!
@Mekare55 I find the best way to wash items I've made is to gently hand wash them in a bucket or sink with mild washing detergent (or even better, wool wash). Rinse in clean water then squeeze excess water out of the item before laying it flat (in it's original shape) on a thick towel in a sunny spot
thank you for the video! it was a great watch! gonna go get my hook out now!
Love it. Great idea!
G'day C R.D. thank you so much ! Happy crochet ❤

Love it. Thanks for this tutorial. Greetings from Ecuador.
What I've been using for ties is the Navajo Knitting technique by Lucy Neatby. It's a weaver's technique where a single skein of yarn is tripled and the crochet cord that I chain from this is very thick.
Love!! Thank you for a great tutorial!

Hello Heather C Thank you so much for supporting my videos over the years, thank you for watching this video and I hope you have a awesome Christmas and new years :)
You're very welcome, I love you're style of teaching and the way you share the wildlife in your 'garden' with us. Have an ACE Christmas and let next year be filled with blessings for you :)

I find the chain then slip stitch back the length of it is MUCH simpler than an I cord :) BUT it was fun learning a new skill.
I find it so much more easier and quicker using 2 double ended knitting needles when making the I chord.
Thank you for showing this.. I was looking on how to do those cording.. :)
¡Eres maravillosa! You are awesome! Saludos desde México. Greetings from México.
that's exactly what i wanted to say
I can't agree more :D
@Stephy27Pooh If you dont want the beanie to be a neck warmer, just a beanie you can use a running stitch at the top. You make as many rows as you need to make it wide enough to wrap around your head. I show you in the video when i am wrapping it around my head :)
Depending on the yarn that you are using if it is thick or thin will depend on how many rows
hope that helped you
cool! thanks for share .
I love your video AND your accent
thank you for sharing and guess what? think I made it too big and will have to try again to make it smaller. lol
Love to learn from you. sincerely yours, Kelley :-D
Ilove it jobs thanks
thanks for sharing
@TheMrsSolarte Yes you can use 2 yarns at the same time this will give you a nice thick fabric :)
Love your video :)
simply genius!
Thank you
Can you do this with two yarns? I am learning how to crochet and your videos are awesome. Thank you!!
pretty!
this hat is very nice!

how to make seed stitch
thank you! :-)
to make a seed stitch you make a double crochet in one stitch and then a single crochet into the next stitch. you repeat this for the entire row. when you turn you will be making a single crochet where the double crochet is and a double crochet into the single crochet. you repeat these steps for your entire project
@3239861 Thanks for watching !
@skywalkerssp thanks for watching =)

@eddayao HI , I have never heard of the berry stitch , is it here on YT so i can have a look at it ?
Trata de seguir las imagenes y crea tu propia version del modelo, lo importante es empezar, aunque te equivoques terminaras dominandolo a tu propio estilo.

When you use two colors, sometimes it is hard to do it. Do you have an answer on how to do the cord two with different colors, Please show me do it the right way when I am taking the two off with out getting them tangled.
+Michele Hunt - Mcclary THe only advice I can think of i treating the 2 yarns as one, the 2 colours will twist around each other, but that is ok, you will never be able to keep them separate :)

If you are using two strands of yarn how many balls of each colour yarn would you need?
